The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research had modern infrastructure with all the advanced equipment required for our academic growth. Also, both the teaching and non-teaching staff were supportive and helpful to all the students of the institute.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I generated interest in Chemistry, I liked and also preferred the semester system of this course and the similar exam format. The university merely gave those subjects which helped us in enhancing the knowledge of the students in the relevant stream.
Placement Experience
The mind-set of the candidates was to pursue a Ph.D. degree after completing internships at the industry or organization. Some gave the interviews in companies like Lakme as they offered a decent salary package. The faculty also gave recommendations and the letters for the job through which some students can avail of the job opportunities easily.
College Events
At the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, we had academic events and also celebrated the institute day. Also, there was yoga events and health awareness seminars and webinars. The institute was mainly known for the research-based activities conducted by the faculties along with the final year students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Everything inclusive of the discrete charges of tuition fees, admission charges, and other relevant charges like library fees, I paid 84,400 for the two semesters as of the first year fees. For the next year, I gave 67,600 while for the final year of bachelor's 62000 merely. The fees for the master's course are 28,962 and 26,966 for the respective two academic years.
Campus Life
The laboratory was my favorite place as we had all the equipment for academic usage at over fingertips. I spent most of my curriculum time at the labs and the rest of my leisure time at the library and computer lab equally. There was considerable student diversity at the campus.
Admission
After setting up my profile with the required eligibility criteria, I gave my application at this institute through the online platform. After the analysis and evaluation, I was called for an interview, and then after my seat was merely confirmed for this integrated course of five years.
Faculty
The faculties at this institute were bifurcated based on their specialization in a particular stream of study. Also, based on their sole experience they took our lectures and I had a good experience in understanding the basics which made my further education very clear.
