I have always had an interest in the hospitality industry and since there is a never ending scope here, I appeared for the entrance exam. The admission was granted after the ranks of the entrance came out.

I always wanted to master the art of hospitality and cooking and getting into IHM Shimla opened the way to my dreams. I chose this course over any short term course or diploma course as I wanted to have in-depth knowledge about the art and science of hospitality. I had to undertake NCHMCT JEE examination which, when cleared, was followed by a counselling process to get admission into this college.

I will start with positives like faculty is very good. They try to do our best in every scenario. Faculty has experience which is remarkable and helps me a lot. Taking about the infrastructure of the college o don't like it much.

Our college is located in Kufri and it has very good view and the faculty here is very helpful.

This is a reputed institute for hotel management in India which comes under central government. It ranked 7th in India for the hotel management degree. Also the placement in this institute is pretty good. Which makes it a very good choice.

Overall the college is good. Facilities provided by the college is good.

It is an amzing college with so many opputunities to grab and so one can make the most out of this place it has been a home and one should come to see the magic of the mountains it behold and also learn from it
