Academics is very strict as well as the best at the same time our college produce maximum number of toppers int he university exams
Seniors are very supportive and they are always there to help you.
The hospital has decent ammount of patients coming every day in the opd.
Dislikes
The campus of the college is very small and almost merged with the hospital i.e. not that much differentiation in hospital and college party.
Infrastructure is not that good roofs are leaky during rain.
Departmental labs are also very small there is a lack of tools.
Course Curriculum Overview:
It's the best course that is MBBS I am doing, one of the most reputed profession..
And it is planned accordingly that when you graduate after 4.5 years ,you have that much of skills that a good doctor needs.and it's also has a 1 year mandatory internship .
The classes are well maintained and have full centralised ac.
Campus Life and social interaction is pretty good.
Faculties are well educated and provide quality mentorship.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive .
Apart from theory classes ,, clinical learning is also promoted which prepares us for real world applications .
If you study properly from the start u can easily pass the exam otherwise u will find it difficult to pass .
We have a clean and hygienic campus, no littering or pile of garbage, nice infrastructure
Hostels have spacious rooms and have AC, the hostels are also cheap and affordable
The teachers are experienced and are very helpful
Dislikes
The campus area is very small, and there is no ground for sports and other activities
There are very few room in hostel so , only selected few get hostel and therefore most people have to find PG outside
The college mess is not great and the quality of food is poor
Student Snaps:
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately.
We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate
College infrastructure is good , also there are ample resources to learn
College has a good, well main reading room which is open 24 hours and helps us to prepare for exams at any time
College has a good library , and has all useful resources
Dislikes
College campus is very small as compared to other du medical colleges
College is very strict about attendance and log books
Boys to girls raio is very altered like 1 girl : 6 boys
Course Curriculum Overview:
Medical curriculum has been improving since time , the current curriculum is good , which emphasis on clinical knowledge
We have our hospital postings from 2nd year onwards where we go and learn under seniors doctors.
The faculty, they are amazing teachers and love to teach.
Low fees, it is very affordable compared to private medical colleges.
Dislikes
Campus is horrible, even the buildings are fabricated, not enjoyable but definitely functional.
The teacher to student ratio is really less.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Faculty is definitely lacking in number but not in quality, there are excellent professors with thorough knowledge and will to teach, hard to find in medical colleges. Exams are as you would expect in any other medical college. Teaching methods are excellent and exams are conducted almost every month in some form or class test or part completion tests. Term tests are also there along with a huge weightage towards practicals.
MBBS is an honorable profession, u got respect from society. The faculty-student ratio is very good. There is appropriate faculty for all the subjects. The teaching method is good as most of the faculty here are from MAMC.
Mbbs in itself is a reputed college and doing it from govt college has its own perks such as the minor amount of fees and good facilities, competitive environment. There is a proper faculty-to-student ratio. No, they'll never make you feel left out. Every student is taught properly and regular tests are taken. Almost every concept is covered. Exams are taken at the proper time, proper assignments are given, teachers are highly qualified and always are ready to take doubts. Won't say its a con but as its mbbs whole syllabus can't be taught by teachers so your contribution (self study) matters a lot too, gone are the days of spoon-feeding
I opted MBBS because it was my dream. By becoming a doctor, you take away the pain and sufferings of others by giving them medical treatment and healthcare. As a doctor, you are a continuous source of happiness for many people and their families. When you give happiness to others, you are the happiest person of the moment. If you don't believe it, try it.
I opted this College coz I didn't had much choices.
For taking admission in MBBS Aspirants seeking admission to 5 Year Full-time MBBS Program have passed 10+2 with subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.
The admission process was quite easy in the for 5-year MBBS in Bachelor of Medicine it requires aggregate 50% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. I have submitted my documents and proceed with the admission.
