Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If the student wishes to cancel the hostel accommodation:

Within 30 days of the occupancy : Rs.25,000/- will be deducted.
Beyond 30 days : Entire rent for the year will be forfeited

If the student has completed first year / second year and wishes to discontinue hostel facility, then the amount of refundable deposit will be refunded by deducting the maintenance charges as applicable from time to time while vacating the hostel room. Student must give undertaking in a prescribed form.

Hostel Fee: The student shall pay hostel fee for one year as onetime payment along with interest free refundable deposit in advance at the time of admission. The term for the hostel fee is one academic year of the Institute. The student may occupy the room immediately after allotment. Last date to pay the hostel fees will be a week prior to the commencement of hostel tenure.

Hostel Facilities:

Facilities in the room :- AC, Projector , Chair, Stage for the professors. Meal qualtiy is not good. Registration for the hostel is quite easy and quick admin will help the student to get into it. Affordability :- Prices are to high (recommend to take a private flat and share with students it will cost less) Rented Flat at D.B Ozone near Thakur Mall Boriwali costs around 25k - 27k per month

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facilities are in the form of college flats. There is both AC flat and non AC flat, available in options 1BHK,2BHK and 3BHK. For girls and boys there are separate hostels. The hostels are in good family society with good safety. For the non AC flats the college pays electricity and gas bills.

Hostel facility provided by college is good in terms of both the food available and the room and other facility attached to it rooms are available in sharing average rent is around 6000 Per Month if someone don't like hostel then there are many societies around college who offer rooms to students at affordable rate not having much details as i was not a hosgelite student.

Campus Life:

Yes! the infrastucture is very well built neat and spacious classrooms, with good air conditioning as will as speakers and microphones available. The cafetaria is also good with reasonable rates on foor, and they have variety of menus and and cleanliness seems to be on their priority list

To sum it up

Campus Life:

The life at campus is not that great because of the space constraint. Institute is located at a good market position but because of less space, they don't have there residential program to enroll with. Although there are many many committees in the college which use to conduct different fests at different time throughout the year, which all starts with Akarshan, the flagship event of Cultural Committee, and ending it at Evinco, a sport event, which is the craziest amongst juniors and seniors, organised by the same. The institute has a big chunk of books whether be it any novel, or international writers famous biography, or any other non fictional book. The classrooms are fully air conditioned with projector and water facility available inside each class. Many sporty activities are being in consideration and event is dedicated for the same. MSR, a social club depicts the My Social Responsibilty of every student towards the poor and needy people helps us all to be at our roots.
