Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 50% marks or above in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (CBSE, ISC, A Levels or any other equivalent Board examination) with English as a compulsory subject are preferred.
- Students will have to appear for GD and PI at iLEAD. However, they will get admission on clearance of the CET Examination only. Also, all the Academic Credentials of the students need to be approved by the University.

- Teaching way theory and practical are taught in an excellent way, faculty members of the College give continuous guidance and support to the students.

- Personally I'm not satisfied with the current curriculum, it's very outdated and gives no real life exposure.

- There is a placement program in which we have to attend a 2 hoir class once every week to develop our skills to get the best placement, that is something I really like about the college.
- We have a weekly class lf foreign language and it's free of cost, we can either learn German or french.
Dislikes
- We don't get a proper notification regarding the fee submission, it's something which I reported to the college too.
- The college doesn't provide any internship program. I'm in 2nd year and it haven't received one yet. All they give is some sponsored fake looking and paid internships
Course Curriculum Overview:
BBA is a very general course but I think Ilead takes it seriously and does thier work good. They give us a lot of extra lessons for us to face the real world. We have extra classes for placements and foreign languages and well as we have soft skill classes too. Which helps us to hone our skills to a whole different level. I think the exams which are conducted are not very difficult and are completely concept-based, anyone with a good concept of the subject can clear the exams with ease.

- The campus has a minimalist look with proper construction using recycled products and a whole lot of books all around the college campus which can be taken home or used while in college
- The overall experience of studying is good with proper and effective studying materials and good mentors making it easy for us to understand the subject
Dislikes
- The classes are too small if someone is late getting in the class he has to arrange a different chair from other classroom to sit
- There is no trips from college for the students

The end sem exams are conducted every 6 months with proper 5 months of studying with class tests and assignments as well. The curriculum allows us to understand every bit of the subject and let us underabout the real world as well and how the knowledge we are gathering today can be used in real world

- iLEAD provides a better facility to achieve career development. The faculty expertise and all round teachers interaction
- Placements in iLEAD are immensely better than most of the college as it provides all over career development.
Dislikes
- First off all it has a little less care for students on their punctuality. As the management does not pay much attention on the attendance
- iLEAD is way too expensive for middle class families and it's hardly affordable.
Course Curriculum Overview:
First off all, i love commerce and financial marketing. Thus, pursuing BBA was the best option to learn more about the economy and business in marketing sectors. To pursue BBA iLEAD was the best option to achieve my overall career development. Academic management provides enhanced facilities and prepares immensely to face the real world challenges. All the teaching methods and facilities provided by the college are top level, and the technologies used for betterment of the students are also top class. Overrall iLEAD has one of the best academic management in whole West Bengal.

- The infrastructure because it's all recycled products and falls off at any time.

It was good enough but UG study level should be improved and it will be better if we get trained in practical life scenarios rather than theories because in future we will be facing those problems and not theoretically. So my personal opinion is that we should get trained practically.

The teachers and professors which are in our college are very helpful. They are very qualified with excellent degrees and the depth of their knowledge is outstanding. The course curriculum is relevant, but there is not much exposure to the practical side of our curriculum.

Faculty members here are good with a lot of experience. Our college has only professors for particular subjects. Teachers are helping in nature and have a great personality in terms of behaviour or knowledge. They share the experience with the students while teaching for their better understanding. I am satisfied with the teaching of this college.
