15 Jun, 2025 NATA 2025 Schedule has been announced on the official website @nata.in for B.Arch Admissions. The registrations are open and interested candidates can apply till June. - Dr Baliram Hiray College of Architecture Mumbai 2025 will be conducted in both computer-based and offline modes across multiple centers from March 7, 2025, to June 2025. The online application process began on February 3, 2025, and candidates must complete their registration before the deadline. Registered applicants can download their NATA 2025 admit card by logging in with their credentials. Candidates can attempt the exam up to three times, and the NATA 2025 results will be released after each test. As the Council of Architecture (CoA) does not conduct centralized counseling, qualified candidates must apply separately to their preferred institutions.

In our college they ask for fee without installment in 1st year that was around 85k then for second year u can option for emi
The fee for second year was 89k
You get scholership from state if ur candidate of home university
The scholership will be half of ur fees
If u have ews or sc st u will get concession also

Tuition fee for this field is very costly fee for architecture students keeps pn increasing as they include materials
Alot of materials are involved with the field wherein people find it costly to cope up with the fees
Campus employment has various duties and roles such as lift man admin staff teaching and non teaching staff

The fees are comparatively less from another college in Mumbai which is nearly 94 thousand for the first year and keeps shrinking as you get promoted to next year. I'm a general category student but I know all the category scholarship is provided in hiray college of architecture.

cost for the study is 1 lakh for 1st year 90,000 rs for sy and third year 90,000 rs and also there is the cost of stationery which you have to take and hence arch study becomes little too expensive and there is no as such known scholarship. but for caste, there can be musch scholarship for caste students and not for general caste. I don't know about financial assistance. Job from campus is not given and no stipend is provided.

The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They don't connect with the students properly. They are not that friendly. Many students face problems to contact them if they need any help. Teachers take us for site visits. The course curriculum is also useful. The teachers show us presentations, send us notes through the mail and share notes.

The in-house staff members are helpful, but the range of external faculty is really good. For studio lectures, there is one professor for about 7-10 students. So one can always get personal help from your guide or other guides. The course curriculum is good enough, but as compared to other fields, the only way to get industry ready is that we have to work in that industry.

The course is good and some faculty members are experienced with the right information regarding the current market trends. The staff is good and co-operative and the overall academics is well-planned and the curriculum is great. It makes one confident about himself, develops one's design sense, increases creativity and teaches how to present himself.
