Helpfull faculty, they are ready to navigate even in middle of lunch

Small campus no amenities like ground etc
Far from bandra station..very time consumed in finding rikshaw
Canteen has not so many choices half items were missing

Course Curriculum Overview

The course has very good scope in india. it teach us not only about architecture but how to visualize... The course are very leanghty due to multiple assignments at same time The timings of exams are good u get enough time for preparation

Internships Opportunities

College gives u a list of company u can join for intership then after clearing interview u get the internship. Now u work as a intern in there office for next 6 months. Some firm will pay u but many wont. But u can earn by free lancing

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college they ask for fee without installment in 1st year that was around 85k then for second year u can option for emi The fee for second year was 89k You get scholership from state if ur candidate of home university The scholership will be half of ur fees If u have ews or sc st u will get concession also

Campus Life

There are 2 major events 1st meraki in which 4 succesfull architecture come for sharing there works experience etc... in which 2 are international architects. 2. Tarash was 7 days long event...its the biggest event conduct by architecture college some fashion shaws sports games etc conducted in this 7 days event Student council responsible for conducting events

Admission

This college was pure related to architecture college unlike others if u compare other college they has only 2 floors of campus and some staffs which they call campus... The fee was very pocket freindly among other architect college The aligiblity is the same as coa criteria

Faculty

In every lecture 4 lecturer attend the class.the college coundect first two years exam itself then after 2 years 3rd year will be university exam.... There are 2 semester if u fail in 1 sem u get kt and if u fail kt also u get golden kt after that u got year drop

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. Hiray College experience

i got my admission to this college through the cap allotment system. in the cap allotment i applied for other colleges like SEA (mumbai), L.S Raheja (mumbai), Kamla Raheja (mumbai) and a couple more i cant recall with Hiray college being like the 5th of my preferance. Im a non maharashtrian so most of the colleges have majority seats reserved for maharashtra domiciles and my percentile was 70% in 12th which could be the reason why i was alloted this college. In my home state (kerala) i applied to colleges through KEAM entrance exam and was alloted to SCMS School of Architecture (Ernakulam). I took my admission there as cap allontment results hadnt been published at that time. i transferred from SCMS in kochi to Hiray college in Mumbai with expectations for better exposure and opportunities. the admission process was rather easy in my college. we just had to go there submit a few documents like cap allotment result, aadhar card, 10th and 12th marksheet, domicile certificate, income certificate (for fee waivers or EWS category students) etc, fill their admission form and pay the fees. overall cutoff of this college is rather low as ik a few of my have gotten admission even with just 60% in their 12th. the exam accepted for this course is NATA and the cutoffs for this course is calculated considering both 12th percentile and NATA score....Read More
