Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum followed that of the university of Calcutta under which this college falls. It was an annual graduate degree. Which was changed to a semester system from the year next to ours which is 2015 batch if I know correctly. The Faculty had very talented teachers and the ratio of teachers to students though less was still pretty well maintained. Teachers taught well and in a strict environment becoming a very good environment for educational prowess.

Bethune is one of the prestigious colleges that has till date maintained its standards. One of the major reasons to take admission is that Bethune keeps itself completely isolated from the political turmoil which quite a normal thing for any college under university of Calcutta. This is the first women's college in Asia that influenced me most and also it is very disciplined, strict, non-political institute where study is the main thing. As I completed my higher secondary level from Bethune Collegiate School, so this college attracted me most. The environment of this college is so beautiful and peaceful that help students to prosper. The results are very good and also placement offers from department help students to make their future bright.

Bethune is one of the best colleges in West Bengal. The teaching is immaculate. It really gives you a sense of freedom and power, while helping you grow in your own way.
