This college provides learning through activities, rather than of test books & class rooms classes will be outdoor also we have trainings like Excel, SAP, etc..
Residential college for both students and faculties so that it makes a good communication with faculties. If it is exam time there will be extra classes to brighten the memory. Also the class timing is in our convenience if it is late night
Boys and girls are treated as same which appreciates equality. Every student has the freedom he/she needed in the college premises. We can feel like a family there

Dislikes

The fees is bit over. It can be reduced .
More placements will be of marketing. More finance and HR jobs can be added
Campus space can be get better, the space is ok but when the intake of students increases the space should also be better

Placement Experience:

From the end of 2nd semester placement will start. Students pass their semester exams are elligible. The major companies are; PWC : 12 got placed FEDERAL BANK: 2 Accenture: 10+ EY: 10+ S&P ABFRL: 10+ LANDMARK GROUP: 5 ECLERX : 3 ICICI BANK : 30+ And many more the highest package id of 7LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA

The faculty here are exceptionally supportive, providing a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth. Their dedication to student success is evident in their approachable demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile.

Dislikes

The schedule comprises continuous classes from dawn till dusk, which can be quite taxing. The relentless pace, with no respite, may lead to stress and fatigue.

Placement Experience:

In terms of placements majority of the placements coming are for marketing. Comparing to marketing HR and Finance placements are very less. The average placement package will be 400000 INR per annum. From third semester onwards students are eligible for placements

Placement Experience:

Here they offer 100% placement who follow the placement policy's. The placements is much higher in marketing and compared to marketing finance and HR placements are very low. Avrg CTC is 4L and highest is 12L

Not just a college

Likes

The director is the first and most important thing about the college. Such a director cannot be found elsewhere, where you can talk and entertain whenever he is available till anytime
The faculties are also very friendly, not just simply friendly. They are really close to you even you say all your secrets to them
Everything including gym, pool, turf, unlimited wifi, transportation is available anytime.

Dislikes

Although everything is available, there is lack of space inside the campus. All the infrastructures are near and feels congested.

Placement Experience:

A student can begin his placement from 3rd semester onwards. Lots of companies are brought by the placement cell of the college. The highest package brought to our seniors was 22 Lakh. Most of the students have achieved placements with average of 5 Lakh salary. Also good and multi national companies have also come like ITC, Varun beverages, infoedge etc

Likes

Residential campus with full time wifi and food
GYM, Swimming pool, Library, Canteen, Open auditorium.
Faculties and other staffs are so friendly

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students are eligible for placements around 300 companies will come with an average CTC of 4 lakhs. The highest CTC is 10 lakh and the lowest ctc is 2.5 lakh CTC. The placements are smooth and good.

Placement Experience:

100% placement or I will pay your fees back, are the words of the director. The companies approaching are also of God, no of best standards. The average package is 6 LPA. And the highest being 11 LPA of JARO in our senior batch. The placements start as soon as the first sem results are out and it means that the students can go for jobs starting from the first year itself.

Lead college of management is one of the full time regular MBA college exclusively for MBA student only, so that management and teachers are alert the quality of students and institution. Is a fully residential college so you can access teacher or college facilities 24X7.
