The college without Gates and a place of love and freedom. With no time and boundaries. The potential of growth is tremendous. There are times of hardship but that pressure reforms to give the better in you. Then every problem is heard and solutions are formed together.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college follows the University of Calicut prescribed curriculum whic is way too outdated but the college takes tremendous effort to include relevant and lifeskills needed to acquire a job or start a business.
Placement Experience
The previous batch that is our senior has all being placed. The college offers a premium placement with Rs. 3. 2 lacs. p. a. The opportunities that the college provides to the students are adequate. The college also provide Internship opportunities especially from the first year itself.
College Events
Our college is the centre for social economic events. We have hoisted several social events like tik tok gathe ring, management fest, blind chess tournament, Talks, Fire Safety programs, both government and non government organizations were conducted and we also managed and coordinated some events We have our own version of Management fest. A three-day program to develop leadership qualities in the youth. i-lead
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is asking a combined fee of Five lacs for the whole course including tuition fee+ hostel fee + canteen fee. Rs. 5 lac for the entire program and nothing more. I think it's a reasonable fee considering it covers all the food and accommodation as it's a residential college. The tuition fee comes to around 3 lac or more only.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provide a free scholarship to foreign students. The college also try to avail loan facilities to the required students. The college gives enough time and support to the students. The college has a tie up with Federal Bank
Campus Life
They have a computer lab with is in good condition and a swimming pool and half basketball court and gym. There is ground for football, Cricket, , and volleyball. All the equipments are available also. We have students from all over Kerala from each district we have at least one student. We have students from UP, Mumbai, Kolkata, Uttarakhand and some foreign students. We have students of different religion mainly Christians, Hindus, Muslims, and even nonreligious students are there.
Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure facilities are quite satisfactory. The college have their own swimming pool. It's a residential college so the everything is inside the college. The hostel fee is around 1+lac for 2 years.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors are very friendly and they guide us and keep a good relationship with us. As they help us to adopt with the college. They also help to get job opportunities and they share their knowledge as to help us. They motivate us to do better and take their place in college.
Admission
The college offers a post graduation degree in MBA. The main attractive is freedom. The LEAD is a free zone for development and self growth. I choose this college for it's uniqueness and it's growing environment along opportunities to develop myself. The admission process consist of two stages : one based on group interaction where we place the layout of a city. They will give a map with terrains and different business and building. We have to prepare the layout for the town. Then it's a group interview with the chairman. The combined score is taken for giving admission.
Faculty
The facilities are very friendly and the barrier of student-teacher relationship is less. The college assign mentors to a group of 14 student. They actually function as a team and there is a lot of sharing and growing. The faculties are well updated and the majority of them have a doctorate in respective fields. They try to bring practical implementation of the theories into classes to avoid boredom. Make us go stuff that is productive and helps to learn something new. They aspire us to dream big.
