LEAD an Experience you shouldn't miss

Lead college is ranked 2nd in Kerala and it got a fantastic placement record of 100% every year. It is a residential college The campus and staffs are really friendly and it is a student-run campus which allow all to know lot about the ground-level reality of the market. LEAD believes in learning by doing which gives the students hands-on experience on what we are studying and what recruiting companies are expecting of us. The faculty members are extremely friendly and they are the mentors that will guide you not only when you are in college but also even after you pass out of college. The specialty of the college is that before you make up your mind about which specialization to choose they conduct a series of 3 fests which is so prestigious and unique aspect of LEAD these events will be conducted by Marketing (MACWAR), Finance (FEDCL), HR (LHAC) departments respectively and this will help the students decide which is their cup of tea.

LEAD is keen on sending students to internships college has made it mandatory for all students to go for at least 1 internship. The college will provide internship opportunities and students are also free to look for internships in their interested companies and areas.

LEAD has a 100% placement record in the amidst of covid crisis also college has placed a good number of students now itself LEAD also promotes Entrepreneurship there is a separate club for this and all assistance will be given to all the students who has innovative ideas to start a business.

6 lakhs is the entire fee of the course which include all expense (Course fee, Hostel fee, Mess FEE, Value-added course fee, etc), not an additional penny will be collected from students other than Fines.

There as 3 fests that are exclusively for the students of LEAD (MACWAR, FEDCL, LHAC). There are also many other events conducts for others colleges iLEAD is one of such events which is fully conducted by the students of LEAD for all other colleges inside and outside of KERALA. All classes have A/c and there is a gym swimming pool and adequate ground facilities and there are clubs like Toastmasters Rotaract and JCI available in college.

LEAD is a residential college it is mandatory for all students to be in a hostel. The rooms will be shared by 3 members. The college canteen is run by students itself so there is no compromise on the quality of the food.

Admission will be based on a valid entrance score and after attending ULEAD which is an admission process directly done by the director of the college. With the corona issues, the admission process is also available in online mode.
