About DCSMAT
DC School of Management and Technology, established in 2002 is a private institute which is affiliated to MGU, Kottayam and approved by AICTE. DCSMAT offers various courses at the UG and PG level in Business Administration, Architecture, Commerce, Arts and Interior Designing. The flagship courses of the institute are BBA and MBA in 7 specializations. Apart from that, DCSMT offers B.Arch, BA in Interior Designing, BBM, BCA and B.Com. for admission in the MBA course, candidates need to appear in CAT/CMAT/KMAT-Kerala and obtain a valid score. - The food was pretty decent and there was even other cafeteria and a hotel inside campus to provide food.
- The hostel provides laundry service which is very useful.
Dislikes
- Boys hostel rooms. It can be made better and brought more facilities with regard to their over priced hostel fees
- Overall support for sports. The sports should be encouraged more. Common sports like football, cricket and badminton can't be played in the campus due to lack of a proper ground. The ground currently played is concrete surfaced
Admission:
Eligibility of the course was 12th. Application form, fees and dates can be taken from their official google website. The admission process includes an interview which was pretty standard. This interview will decide the scholarship one can avail from college fee. The aspect i didn't like in the admission process was that opting for hostel was mandatory and we couldn't stay out of campus
Admission:
I had to attend CMAT and MAT exams. Now you need to attend only CMAT. If you have a decent score on CMAT you are eligible to apply for an MBA course. You will get an invitation for GD/PI. Now, this is important as the selected professors from the college are conducting the same. GD session is followed by a Person Interview session. This session is more interactive. If you are selected we will receive a call and mail from the admissions office. At the time of admission after getting selected you need to pay a token amount which will be above Rs.90000 to secure your seats the rest of your fees for the year can be settled once and when the classes start. The next year's fees should be paid only in the second year. There is no reservation system. This is completely based on your merit.

The duration of the course is 5 years and the academic exams are held on the semester basis. During the duration of the course many types of labs and practical work have to be done by the students. Also, projects and field work is getting start on the 3rd year of the course.

Our course curriculum is very well structured.Every subject of our course is easy and can be easily understood f you study sincerely.Exams are conducted yearly.But different class tests, sessional exams are conducted frequently.

The course curriculum is good and very interesting.Since my childhood I had an interest of pursuing Architecture course and I am happy to pursue this couse later.In my time, annual exams were conducted yearly.
Admission:
Its located in a hill station so i am able to study along with enjoying nature. The college itself is very well designed in terms of architecture. On 1st look it attracts people with its beautiful natural qualities. Also in terms of academics the college has very good dedicated staff members. In terms of extra carricular activities the college has a gym, basketball and volleyball courts. Overall it is a very good college. I opted for B.Com because i was a commerce student in 11th and 12th and i required continuation.
Course Curriculum Overview:
There are two exams in every semester, mid semester examinations and end semester examinations. Assignment and class test depends on the subject teacher. This university affiliated to Kerala University and hence the syllabus strictly according to the guidelines.syllabus is good and consists of both practicals and theory.
Admission:
The ambience of the college is really good. The college is mainly situated on a hill station with a good infrastructure. Transport facilities are available. The climate around the college is really very mesmerising.

I really love being one among the Dcian. The college have gifted me with experience and many learnings which cannot be studied with the help of any books so present. I would rather say it's one of the best college to do your MBA in india.
Admission:
Best climate to study as it is a cold region and we don’t feel tiredness in the campus. Negative is that we don’t have a best transportation facilities and the road is hill side road. All will love the college.
