I chose this course for its learning, experience, and placement opportunity. Faculty: Student ratio is 12:1 (excluding the visiting faculty) The Faculty are highly qualified and their teaching methods generally include Case Studies, Presentations, Simulation Activities, Class Assignments, etc. The course pattern includes Trimester Examination, so the Endterm exams were generally conducted in every 3-4 months intervals. The grading system is a Relative Grading Pattern, so the difficulty of the exam depends upon your respective class characteristics.

Internships are handled by the SIP committee which is also students driven. There are many companies brought for internships by the committee, the stipend is generally not given. The companies coming for Internships include EY, Amazon, V-Guard, etc.

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

We had a Fee structure divided into 8 installments. The hostel fees were separate, being a residential course, the hostel is mandatory for all. There's a scholarship opportunity for students scoring more than 75% in their CAT score. Apart from this, in the second year, students would receive a Means and Merit Scholarship based on their academic performance as well as financial need. I got an on-campus placement in December as a Marketing Manager in a Start-Up Company with compensation around 8 Lakh per annum.

There's an annual fest called "Quest" conducted annually where several B-schools are invited to participate in many activities. The library is really resourceful and books, journals are updated frequently. We also have access to a digital library for these resources. Classrooms are equipment with projectors/smart board, whiteboard, good desks, and air-conditioning. XIME Premier League (XSL) is conducted every year for encouraging sports activities. We have a basketball ground, Two Badminton/Volleyball grounds, and other spaces for general sports on the campus. Being a residential campus, Hostel is mandatory for all. It's a double sharing room for everyone, where each room includes 2 beds, 2 cupboards, 2 tables and Chairs, and an attached washroom. The quality of the meal is really good. It has both options of Veg and Non-Veg meals. The menu is decided by the students mess committee which includes both North Indian and South Indian Cuisines. The hostel is affordable and well maintained. The girls' and boys' hostel are separate. We have the mess on the college campus itself.

Group Discussion was fairly simple, with 10 people per Group. The topic was "Pros and Cons of Social Media" at which we had a healthy discussion and everyone had a chance to summarize for a minute. Personal Interview was an interactive round with 3 panelists. Questions were related to background, interests, situation-based questions, etc. There's not much need to prepare for these interviews, being confident and knowing about yourself is the best way to excel in this admission process.
