- The director is the first and most important thing about the college. Such a director cannot be found elsewhere, where you can talk and entertain whenever he is available till anytime
- The faculties are also very friendly, not just simply friendly. They are really close to you even you say all your secrets to them

- Although everything is available, there is lack of space inside the campus. All the infrastructures are near and feels congested.
Faculty:
Most of the faculties are highly qualified, they have completed their doctorate. And the rest are either pursuing or about to complete. The faculties focuses more on experiential knowledge than book knowledge. They teach us through the methods of practicals and also different case studies are also given to assess our decision making and thinking skill which helps them to increase these.
Faculty:
Highly efficient and well performing faculties with no partiality. Actually most of them are multi tanlented and high literates. They are following a gurukul system to love the students. We are seeing them as our good friends rather than a faculty
Faculty:
The facilities are very friendly and the barrier of student-teacher relationship is less. The college assign mentors to a group of 14 student. They actually function as a team and there is a lot of sharing and growing. The faculties are well updated and the majority of them have a doctorate in respective fields. They try to bring practical implementation of the theories into classes to avoid boredom. Make us go stuff that is productive and helps to learn something new. They aspire us to dream big.
Faculty:
Well experienced, equipped ones are there as faculties. And a group of 10 students will be taken as a mentor group, with a faculty as mentor. Weekly twice these groups will sit together to discuss about the academic and other things.

The faculties are like brothers and sisters at LEAD. Faculties are the mentors of the students who are pursuing their MBA education at LEAD. 24×7 Faculty availability is provided at the college. The Faculty member is very well known in their teaching career.

The faculties of LEAD College of Management are eminent and proficient in their respective fields. Here faculties also live on the campus which makes the faculties always available for the students whenever any help is needed by them. The faculties are very friendly too.

They are awesome and always supportive. All friendly faculties. They help you with everything. We are like a family.

Telling the truth the faculties of this college is unique as this college . The faculties are well qualified and there are very experienced. They are very friendly with the student and also they are always there to clear our doubts in any time we needed.

Faculty was so talented and intelligent they know how to teach their students smartly. They help students for Recreation, Excitement, Confidence building, Conquering fears, Risk Taking traits, Instant Decision Making, Team building, Challenges your limits and so many other things.
Faculty:
Faculty members was helpful i remember one my teaching faculty was helped me very much in placement opportunities. The affiliating University includes many of our faculty members for evaluation of semester examination scripts. The faculty members are provided with a well-equipped infrastructure for carrying on research.
