This college provides learning through activities, rather than of test books & class rooms classes will be outdoor also we have trainings like Excel, SAP, etc..
Residential college for both students and faculties so that it makes a good communication with faculties. If it is exam time there will be extra classes to brighten the memory. Also the class timing is in our convenience if it is late night

Faculty:

In LEAD we all have a mentor one mentor per 16 students. As it is residential college this mentor will take care of all our needs, Mentor will be quite supportive as like a younger sibling. We can approach them in any time of the day not only Mentor other faculties also. Students will not call them as sir. Reach out like a brother. Most of the students will pass the semester exams for that the major role is of the faculties. University Exams will happens once in semester. And rather than that we have module test after every module. I can't mention a name for faculties which i like a don't like everyone is better than other.. every faculties there have ample knowledge and skills.

Not just a college

The faculties are also very friendly, not just simply friendly. They are really close to you even you say all your secrets to them

Most of the faculties are highly qualified, they have completed their doctorate. And the rest are either pursuing or about to complete. The faculties focuses more on experiential knowledge than book knowledge. They teach us through the methods of practicals and also different case studies are also given to assess our decision making and thinking skill which helps them to increase these.

Highly efficient and well performing faculties with no partiality. Actually most of them are multi tanlented and high literates. They are following a gurukul system to love the students. We are seeing them as our good friends rather than a faculty

LEAD to MBA

The facilities are very friendly and the barrier of student-teacher relationship is less. The college assign mentors to a group of 14 student. They actually function as a team and there is a lot of sharing and growing. The faculties are well updated and the majority of them have a doctorate in respective fields. They try to bring practical implementation of the theories into classes to avoid boredom. Make us go stuff that is productive and helps to learn something new. They aspire us to dream big.

Transformation from a Boy to a Leader

Well experienced, equipped ones are there as faculties. And a group of 10 students will be taken as a mentor group, with a faculty as mentor. Weekly twice these groups will sit together to discuss about the academic and other things.
