Classes are fine faculties are supporting and efficient , good campus the only problem is the fees...not worth the fee and is too much ..it can be reduced as there is no need for this fees the management is bad and regardlessly charge us for anythin
The atmosphere and ambience of the college is good
Hostel warden is not good in girls hostel and less amenities shared room

Dislikes

The fee structure is the most disliked thing
The management is too bad and not functioning the institution with respect to students
Hostel facilities can be improved, common toilet can be avoided

Course curriculum needs improvement in some level including the modules and the relevance of these modules in architecture practice ...can be included more practicality than just giving the module truly lectural

Life At CAT

Likes

Studio works and thinking outside the box
SOME of thr batchmates and few of the faculties
Workshops that are conducted throughout the year

Dislikes

Some if the faculties are extremely discriminative
The lack of necessary workshops for real world
The lack of software and law teaching skills

The course objectives which requires thinking and creating
The programmes being held that look good atleast in photos
Some of the faculties being younger understand the plight of the students and other faculties seem more relatable

Dislikes

The negligence of teaching the real world requirements of being an architect
They don’t teach us any software and we’re supposed to learn on our own
Some of the faculties are extremely judgemental and since this course is marked subjectively the marks heavily fluctuates on the basis of the juror or mentor we get

Likes

Good environment for architecture students and good teachers amd their co operative behaviour.
Good teaching styles and patterns and regular non pressurised montiring of teachers over the submissions and assignments.
Co ciricular activities are very appreciated in this gollege as good as academics.

A better option for coming future was the reason for my decision on this course. My curriculum prepares me the for the better exposure of the real world. Teaching methods are pretty practical based which are a little tuff but it prepares us for the future exposure. Exams are in good time intervals where we get enough time to prepare and be ready.

CAT College from the eyes of a day scholar

Likes

There is a class of freedom to express and is easy to mingle as it is a small community.
There is no requirement of uniform or a dress code except when for exams, we have to wear formals
Everyone gets to know everyone through various clubs

Dislikes

Number of students are too low for occasions
The course is a huge barrier for extra curricular activities
Canteen is in a very small scale including seating and items

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very interesting and fun to learn as well as it is very hectic. Design subject and other theory subjects are hard to work on simultaneously. The submissions and work teaches a lot about time management tho.

Club activities conducted in the college helps us to organize and balance our work and other curriculum
Cunducts sports which helps us to be more productive and helps us to be physically fit
Very good teaching way which helps us to be more creative and opens our mind to do a lot of different things

Attitude of faculties discourages us and make us dull
Some faculties gives a lot of stress which keeps us demotivated all day
Lift not provided everywhere. We have to walk till the top floor

There are many small club vise events happening, which helps in organising, managing and balancing the academic works and extra curriculum.
They are giving equal amount of value towards the sports too, that too not only for the students but for the faculties too which is great way to build up the best interaction with them
When it comes to competition we work as a wholesome team to make our college win both academically and other curriculums.

Dislikes

If you give a bad impression to the faculties, it might affect your academics
Insulting attitude of some faculties might make you discouraged
Can't balance between your sleep and work

Placement Experience:

As i am a second year I don't know more about the placements. But yeah most of the students who got passed out are getting placement in many companies offering a package of ?15000-30000/-. Students are allowed to do research paper even after they got passed out . They are getting placements as aluminies in the college itself

Exposing CAT

Likes

The faculties are good and a standard teaching is followed. Good working atmosphere. An interactive space is provided for everyone.

Dislikes

The management is not so supportive with the students and faculties.
The location of the college, which is difficult to reach and far away from important landmarks or amenities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very much helping in improving the skills required to achieve this course completion. The only issue that are faced by the students are the timings and duration of the semesters. Most of the semesters are completed within short duration by the unuversity. The teaching methods needs to be improved in the area where it requires a visual examples. More study visits are to be brought in to the curriculum.

Clean Campus and over all facilities are good
Well organised system of teaching and education
Affordable fees structure and hostel is Good.

Placement Experience:

Students need to attend mandatory internship programs, especially in the 4th year, and will be given a stipend. The college facilitates campus hiring. College helps to get placed by training students and upskill in them.
