Course Curriculum Overview

The scope of the course is big in this developing infrastructure and building context. Enough faculty for students in a ratio of 1:10. Well-organised system of teaching and methodology and exams were conducted quarterly and class tests and periodic exams were there.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

Students need to attend mandatory internship programs, especially in the 4th year, and will be given a stipend. The college facilitates campus hiring. College helps to get placed by training students and upskill in them.

Fees and Financial Aid

Each year tuition fee was up to 50000 per year and an annual fee of 80000 per year. For the CSE category only need to pay 5000 to 10000 per year and they will be getting relaxation in the hostel fee also. Whoever wishes to apply scholarship needs to submit income proof to management.

Campus Life

Affordable fee structure. Will get financial aid if we submit genuine proofs. Lots of referral books are available to whoever wishes to make use of them in the library. Extra sports. Arts and other curricular activities are promoted on Campus.

Admission

To be course eligible candidate should have completed 17 years. Apply online for admission in college site. CAT was established in 2011 and one of best architecture colleges in India. College has ties with many vendors for jobs. Well structured curriculum. Workshops and internship systematically done. Each semester consists of mini and macro projects with expert supervision. College assists in placements.

College of Engineering Trivandrum. Is it worth the hype

Placement Experience:

As I'm a first year student I don't know much about placements but I think it starts by 8th sem for b arch students. Placements for barch are low compare to btech. But as this is a prestigious institution the best firms come here and there is a unit called CGPU for helping students regarding placements here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like architecture because of its creatove and practicality. And in pur college they are making sure of combining those two together. Their teaching methods are good for me because i am learning so much. But not for everyone they are sl friendly in outside i think if they are so friendly in college . The students might like the letures more. The jury and exams are mostly collide that is a not good thing for us. They are making sure of the real world works so that we can actually survive after the college.

Im a passionate student architect. From childhood, I had this dream of becoming a creator. So I chose this course. There is a good ratio of faculty student ratio in the private colleges all over india. I'm not sure about the teaching method because this is more like a self learning course. But faculties are also helpful most of the time. Jury subjects are tougher than written examinations.

Good Express till now

Admission:

Admission here is given on the basis of rank secured in NATA. With my rank I cleared the cutoff in general category in third round. I want my college to be near my home. So I can travel daily from my home. With my rank this was the best option I was getting and hence I opted for this.

Remarks:

Ours is a National College. People from different background from different parts of india do come to study in college.I can't say that The Faculty in our College is too good. But they are quite okay. The faculties of the first year Maths are too poor. Most of them are ADHOC. Some Faculty treat the students as their own children, being liberal to them, while some at the same time just know how to teach, not to mingle with the students. Rest all branches dont have that much placement opportunity as compared to CSE. Positive 1.One of the biggest quality is the exposure that a student gets while studying in this college.The lectures are of high standards and the professors are of international demand. 2.An another good quality is the placement that we get from this college.people from across Kerala always praise the high quality of placements that we get in this college Negative 1.The lecture classes are very much one way, rather than being more interactive 2.Mosquito in some hostels
