Classes are fine faculties are supporting and efficient , good campus the only problem is the fees...not worth the fee and is too much ..it can be reduced as there is no need for this fees the management is bad and regardlessly charge us for anythin
The atmosphere and ambience of the college is good
Hostel warden is not good in girls hostel and less amenities shared room

Dislikes

The fee structure is the most disliked thing
The management is too bad and not functioning the institution with respect to students
Hostel facilities can be improved, common toilet can be avoided

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum needs improvement in some level including the modules and the relevance of these modules in architecture practice ...can be included more practicality than just giving the module truly lectural

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is bit too much fr the academics here, I'm merit student and still have to pay a lot, coming to hostel fee which includes room rent and mess is so expensive and it's not providing for that much money Caution deposit for 5000 in case of hostel Management seat pays an amount of 2 lakh per annum

Campus Life

600 is the annual college fest , our college also has daksha cultural week and cpl which is cat premium league, CCL cricket and cpl football, annual sports meet there are clubs and social gatherings which are gathered in light well spaces of clg

Hostel Facilities

No good facility. In room shared by 3 , a cupboard and a study table and bed space for one student...too much stuffy and shared toilet and bathroom spaces ...menu cam be improved food is okay okayy not at all affordable and too pricey for this amenities provided by them

Hostel Fee: INR 92000 per year

Admission

I choose cat ove rit Kottayam because when I did research cat was so much better than rit Kottayam i didn't make it 2 cet gecetc because of the marks and other issues , I'm in merit seat which is by keam and nata exam

Faculty

Course structure is good, but intermediate breaks can be given to students for their mental health improvement..after each semester, faculties are friendly and supportive and helps up throughout the academics

Night Life

There is no night life , curfew to the hostel is 8 for girls and stay back are upto 7 and for more time special permission is to be taken so there is no night life in college locality is not safe and not even in mrng yeah basically un healthy to be out in this area

Placement Experience:

As I'm a first year student I don't know much about placements but I think it starts by 8th sem for b arch students. Placements for barch are low compare to btech. But as this is a prestigious institution the best firms come here and there is a unit called CGPU for helping students regarding placements here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like architecture because of its creatove and practicality. And in pur college they are making sure of combining those two together. Their teaching methods are good for me because i am learning so much. But not for everyone they are sl friendly in outside i think if they are so friendly in college . The students might like the letures more. The jury and exams are mostly collide that is a not good thing for us. They are making sure of the real world works so that we can actually survive after the college.

Im a passionate student architect. From childhood, I had this dream of becoming a creator. So I chose this course. There is a good ratio of faculty student ratio in the private colleges all over india. I'm not sure about the teaching method because this is more like a self learning course. But faculties are also helpful most of the time. Jury subjects are tougher than written examinations.

Admission:

Admission here is given on the basis of rank secured in NATA. With my rank I cleared the cutoff in general category in third round. I want my college to be near my home. So I can travel daily from my home. With my rank this was the best option I was getting and hence I opted for this.

NITC Glimpses

Remarks:

Ours is a National College. People from different background from different parts of india do come to study in college.I can't say that The Faculty in our College is too good. But they are quite okay. The faculties of the first year Maths are too poor. Most of them are ADHOC. Some Faculty treat the students as their own children, being liberal to them, while some at the same time just know how to teach, not to mingle with the students. Rest all branches dont have that much placement opportunity as compared to CSE. Positive 1.One of the biggest quality is the exposure that a student gets while studying in this college.The lectures are of high standards and the professors are of international demand. 2.An another good quality is the placement that we get from this college.people from across Kerala always praise the high quality of placements that we get in this college Negative 1.The lecture classes are very much one way, rather than being more interactive 2.Mosquito in some hostels

This colleges have a good opinion on the basis of architects. Along them a good talk on this college. NATA exam was the entry exam for this college. I have opted for the nearby colleges. There were so many college nearby my place like Bishop Jerome Nagar , TKM PRVT and TKM GVNT. But i wanted to live atleast not in my native district.
