Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very much helping in improving the skills required to achieve this course completion. The only issue that are faced by the students are the timings and duration of the semesters. Most of the semesters are completed within short duration by the unuversity. The teaching methods needs to be improved in the area where it requires a visual examples. More study visits are to be brought in to the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
The curriculum provides an opportunity to go for an internship in the 7th semester. The students can apply for the internship in any place they desire to go. The college helps the students in getting opportunity wherever they wish to work.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee for a student enrolled in management seat is Rs. 1.75 Lakhs and for a merit student is 80000rs. There are scholorships for many fields such as for girls, SC/ST students, Govt enrolled scholarships etc. The complete cost of education will reach upto a minimum of Rs. 9Lakhs.
Campus Life
The major college event is the college day which is know by the name "600", which typically happens between any 2days of march - may. The other events are the sports week in the November, a football tournament known as CPL(CAT Premier League), Arts week related with the 600, etc. Every books related to the field or architecture and design is provided within the library. The classrooms are fully furnished with separate working tables and classroom tables, ventilated, projector provided etc. Sports are given a very important attention with allowing the students to participate in external tournaments also. The National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA) is also a part of the college which improves the students' visionary and exposure towards the course.
Admission
The major eligibility to the course was the marks obtained for the NATA entrance exam. Apart from that for management seats, the college conducts and additional interview and tests which requires to be qualified. The application form and other details can be found out in the college website itself.
Faculty
In the field of studying design, we get to have 3 mentors for a class. It helps us in improving our skills by getting critics from different perspectives. The teachers can be approached any time during the class hours and even can be contacted the other times. Almost all the teachers have secured their masters and it helps the students to get a experienced and well known comments.
