The faculty are good they are helpful they want to help students academically and they are really interested in engineering'
Jims greater noida provides a great environment and helps to enjoy this at its fullest.
The yeah admission process is quite complex and can be improved

The college follows really stringent protocols and sometimes it feels that i am studying in a school rather than a college.I know someone from the college who got suspended just for visiting the canteen during the lecture timings.
Attendance of 70 percent is mandatory for all for the mid term exams and no exception for anyone is given. If attendance is below 70 then an individual gets debarred on the basis of how low their attendance is.
The college placement is not at point and even the internships. The college does not provide any internships for the students. Students have to find the internships at their own. Things dont get any easier loooking for an internship at your own.

Would recommend admissions if youre academic oriented.

Likes

Very friendly environment, opposite of greater noida stigma.
Very well organised and advanced computer labs
The seniors were very Helpfull throughout.

Dislikes

There are ACs installed in the campus but not centralized
Some of the faculty is very rude and not helping at all.
The college clubs and societies are not very active hence on regular days there is no life in the campus

Placement Experience:

Yes placements are provided in the campus but the average package is very less and most of the recruiters are generally mass recruiters. There is no such fascinating thing about the placements in the campus.

My college as a 1st year student

Likes

The faculty is good the study material is also good
The Students and their aurat is nice and competitive
Like an ideal college it is simple and sober so showoff

Dislikes

Travelling surrounding near college have very less transportation
The infrastructure is kinda old seems like it need some reconstruction

The syllabus seems healthy but varieties in subjects lacks maybe because of short of teachers....they all are talented no doubt.. but still need more teachers to cop up.. otherwise they will lack of up to date subjects and their perspective knowledges

Fests and sports related activities the interdepartment compititions.

There is no ground available for playing.

Placement Experience:

From 5 semesters that ie 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Companies that visited are Amazon TCS vipro etc . Highest package is 12 lpa and average package is 2-4 lpa. Around 50-60 percentage gets placements 20 -30 percentage opt for higher studies.

True Knowledge to decide whether you should opt for this college or not.

Likes

Faculty cooperation is the best in my case.
Campus infrastructure and classrooms are good enough.
Industrial visits were also nice to get better knowledge

Course completion- Not completed on time in some cases

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements in the final year (3rd year in BCA). Different companies visited the college and take tests, then students get selected on the basis of their qualifications in the test. Then the selected students have to appear for a personal interview. I didn't go for the placement so I am unaware of all the companies but in my knowledge companies like Accenture, Deloitte, and TCSion tests occurred. I am going for a master's after this.

GREAT COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty and Course curriculum is standard as per all university Norms. Exams are conducted twice per Semester (Internal and External). Faculty are very educated and helping for every student. overall a good experience.

My college life at jims greater noida review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have to become a software developer that's why I opted for this course. All the faculties are well experienced and their method of teaching is really good. They are always there to help you out. The internal exams are held on college premises itself and it's very easy to score good marks if you listen properly in the lectures.

In the third semester, students become eligible for the placements. College placements are good there are many big companies offer the job to the students like Deloitte, Amazon, Infosys, etc. The average. The package provided by the companies are 2.5lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum.
