Nirma University commenced its admission process in May 2019, requiring applicants to qualify through the IPMAT exam or under the Gujarat category, followed by an interview. Internships, both social and corporate, are integral, with stipends ranging from 10K to 30K INR in later years.

Scholarships are available, covering 50% to 100% of tuition fees, awarded based on academic performance and financial need, with additional aid through the Vidya Lakshmi portal. The BBA program fees range from INR 2.25 to 3 lakh annually, with a total estimated cost for the five-year course between INR 20 to 30 lakh, supported by education loans from a dedicated bank within the university.
