The Institute of Management, Nirma University, has released its Placement Report for the academic year 2024–2025. As per the official data, the highest package offered stood at ₹70 LPA, while the average and median packages were recorded at ₹11.10 LPA and ₹10.61 LPA, respectively.

In terms of compensation distribution, the average package for the top 50 students was ₹17.08 LPA, while the average package for the top 100 students stood at ₹14.74 LPA, indicating consistently high-value offers among top performers. The batch size for the graduating cohort was 602 students, drawn from programmes including MBA, MBA HRM, Integrated MBA, and MBA FT & B-Tech MBA.
