In my personal opinion, the curriculum is outdated and useless in real life. It is redundant and just there for the namesake. The university is more focussed on attendance rather than the course content taught.

The MBA programme is designed well, but still it needs some changes. student might not get time to focus on other creative and more oroductive things. The faculties are mostly busy in their own. at the time of lecture they will provide you the appropriate guidence and some will guide outside classroom also.

For some courses, the curriculum need to be improved. The courses include case studies of real world. But in some courses the cases were outdated. The teaching method also is subjective. Some faculties are really creative when it comes to teaching.

The curriculum includes core management subjects like finance, marketing, operations, and Human resources management. I had chosen MBA because I was interested in numbers that's why I had chosen MBA as my major and I wanted to explore and enhance my personality and grab opportunities so i had chosen this course. The institute maintains a healthy faculty: student ratio of 1:15, facilitating personalized attention and interactive learning. Faculties are highly educated and experienced with Ph.D. from prestigious Universities in India and abroad. They have extensive industry experience and actively engage in research and publications, ensuring you learn from the best. Teaching methods is a mix of traditional lectures, case studies, group discussions, guest lectures and project work to cater to diverse learning styles. Term exams are generally conducted every 3 months as per the academic calendar and dissiculty level depends on the subject.

The course has been well designed with a variety of subjects ranging from mathematics, Accounts, Statistics, and theoretical subjects to subjects like Business communication, Python programming, etc. There is a mix of theoretical and practical experience. Industrial visits are also been held to give students a practical overview of the industry. A class consists of 80 students. Faculties are very well educated many of them have PHDs in their respective subjects. They try to make every class interactive through various teaching pedagogies like games or showing YouTube videos. There is a semester system from 2022 onwards, where around 6-7 subjects are covered each term. Assignments are designed very well so that a student can showcase their thinking and creativity.
