We have a very good count of companies visiting our campus with a very good package this college is best in terms of placement.
The teachers teach so well and are too friendly and pay attention to all students and encourages to study.
That is the best one and here a lot of festivals take place in my opinion this is a good college for enjoying campus lifestyle.

Dislikes

Not proper facilities not good food in hostel i am not i hostel but i feel bad for. Hostel students
I hate couple in the college because they can make distraction
Mess food is sometimes very bad unhygienic sometimes only this occurs

Journey to CGC LANDRAN

I like that there are certain events in the college happens during the whole year
Also the campus is well good and have a lot of places to study,, to eat
Also the teachers are very helpful and also give fair marks during exams

Dislikes

Their University that is PTU usually gives mass supplies without any justification
Hostel is very teribble , the food they provide is made up of low quality of raw materials
Sometimes They take Useless charges from students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for their placements from the 2nd year of their degree and it also depends on the skills the confidence they have. Google , Microsoft , Accenture, Mahindra, Ola they have visited and offered students a lot like 10 LPA , 15 LPA Percentage of students getting placed 70 percent My plans after getting the degree is to prepare for govt exams

life at CGC

Likes

the infrastructure of the campus is beautiful, it has parks, grounds, libraries ands hostels nearby
greate preference is given to extracurricular activities like clubs NCC, RSS etc.
events are conducted very often, with inviting celebraties from punjab

Dislikes

course ciriculum is outdated, new methids are not taught
not preference is given to practical knowlege
more preference to punjabi culture, and other cultures are not fully explored

Placement Experience:

from 5th semester student are eleigible for capmus placement this year for bba , coding ninza have made a higest offer of 4.5 lakh till december of 2024, compnies like ditto insurance have given work from home oppurtunities 50% of the student get placed each batch i will go for higher education for MBA

CGC landran student review

Likes

The campus is pretty nice, they have good infrastructure, good hostels and some good food carts.
The teacher faculty is fine, but it depends on your course, every building has different teacher faculty.

Dislikes

The account and the management faculties are too rude.
The locals are not very friendly and if you are not punjabi, it is not easy for you to make friends.
Study vise, it’s a fine college, but most of the teachers are just locals, not professionals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to take BBA only, because i wanted to do masters afterwards, and also , i belong to a family business kind of a family, so that's why i took BBA. The curriculum will prepare you to be ready for some local internships or jobs in punjab, for big companies , you have to choose a better college, bitter but truth. There are many improvements this college can do, but talking about the curriculum only, they can make some better exams pattern and also they can replace local teachers with professionals.

Extra curricular activities, like sports and competitions
Department of Student welfare for betterment of the college

Dislikes

Syllabus is outdated and not that much importance us given to studies
No industry exposure, no visits, Only theory classes

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are Ok. Not very bad and not too much offers. Companies usually pay less as compared to other colleges. More over every company comes with CU students as well which makes it a tough competition for CGC. My plan is to get a corporate job.

BBA at CGC

Likes

Quality education is one of the aspects of our college
Extracurricular activities are at full boom at our college they’re not only encouraged but also appreciated and awarded
Experienced faculty provides us more than enough knowledge and skill to grow and perish

Dislikes

It is a big campus but it’s way to crowded the classes canteens
Poor hostel facilities are one the reasons i didnt opted to stay at one
Administrative issues are so frustrating and compiling in the college

Cgc is designed to align with industry trends and relevance, i choosed my course bc i had an interest in business and my course is perfectly designed to sharpen me and make me ready for real world expertise it can a real gingerbread the exams are hard when we don't study otherwise everything comes from our books and it's approachable

Nice infrastructure in college buildings good books and library good nice environment buildings

I choose the course for business knowledge i want to learn the more knowledge for bba Yeah they prepares us for like future interviews and all they tells us how to interact with interviewers and all Improvement i think this course doesn't need because as a bba student they provide equalient information about business Timing and all are good for exams there's noting to change about that

MY college best college

Likes

I loved the hostel facility as i opted for with AC room. It was much better than the other rooms
I have interest in playing badminton, and college provided the 2 courts one outdoor and one indoor if the weather is not good ouside
Academic was much better then i expected as teachers were very cooperative and even helpful.

Dislikes

canteen only has cash counter there was no online payment accepted but now it is available
No wifi was available inside the college premise.

My college from my side had the best faculty members and if i talk about the course i had more intrest in business field thats why i opted for this course.Teaching method by faculty members was very intresting.The timing was good for the exams as appropriate days were provided for the each exam according to the difficulty level of the exam and subject.
