CGC Landran Hostel For Male

Fee: ₹1,15,000 - ₹1,70,000

The hostel fee structure gets revised every year, i.e. before the beginning of the Academic session. The existing fee structure of hostels applicable for session 25-26 is as under:-

Non AC 2 Seater – Rs1,40,000/-
Non AC 3 Seater – Rs 1,40,000/-
Non AC 4 Seater – Rs 1,15,000/-
AC 2 Seater – Rs 1,70,000/-
AC 3 Seater – Rs 1,60,000/-

Hostel allotment is made for the full academic session and not for semester. Hostel can be booked in advance by depositing the nominal charges as mandated from time to time but not less than Rs 10,000 non-refundable.

The hostel fee is to be deposited for the full academic year before occupying the hostel, except in the cases where there is approval of the management or the parents / guardian, give the undertaking in writing in the form attached with the rule book in the form of affidavit. Academic session starts from 1st July and ends on 30th June (Semester from July-December and January -June)

Their is 4 Boys Hostel and 1 Girls Hostel are in campus. The room are well furnished and is A.c and Non a.c. both.their is 5 seater,4 seater , 3 seater, 2seater rooms present in our hostel.4 seaters room include 1 bed, 1 chair , with balcony and 1 cooler,in place of table slab are provided in a room . Per student. Meal food is average and it is good to run life Their is online registration done at the time of admission in hostels.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facility is much good for living. They provide us in room is one bed, one almira with locker, one study table, one chair. They also provide us hot water in cold for bath. Joint bathrooms, each floor has three corners which has 3-3-3 bathrooms which is enough for the students. Purified water for drinking. Mess food is not good but sometimes it is much tasty for us. Meal quality is good they provide us everything in meal we need in daily basis. There are four time meal which is breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. The hostel is much expensive for middle class because outside PG can provide same qualities in less amount. That's why you should prefer to found PG. There are many PG's around the college.

They also have food outlets if you want to get something in the break time you will enjoy a delicious food from the outlet the also have a food court in the college

Hostels are so well maintained good gym available available for students anytime but they do not have such equipments for students machines are not well maintained Although they also have separate gym for girls and boys the food of the hostel is not good but if you complain a message charge they will take some measures or possible measures for dealing with our problem in the room they provide us a table or a chair one almirah for each sharing patner the fee structure of the hostel is affordable is just 130000 the half yearly fees is 65000 per half year sometimes the college Wi-Fi is not work properly the internet connectivities quite slow that's all

Hostel facilities are good like we have separate boys and girls hostel we have separate gym in both girls and boys hostel in which institution has provided us with every sort of machines the mess staff is also good they are very cooperative and helpfull too. now come to the rooms they have provided us three tier 4 tier 2 tier rooms in which AC's are also attached now if I talk about washrooms .in winter 24/7 hot water is there . Also they are clean .We have proper security in our hostel. After 7:30 no one is allowed to go outside the hostel . The academic and accommodation is affordable.rooms are very comfortable with positive environment.meals that are given to us are fulfilling .and full of nutrients.the quality and quantity of food is good .

Dislikes

The college's fees structure is pretty wierd and poor. Specially the hostle charges are too high. The hostle facilities doesn't match the fees which we have submitted.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostle facilities of Cgc landran are satisfactory. Fairly equipped rooms and washrooms. The college provides seperate hostles for girls and boys. With the option of double bed , triple bed, four bed rooms. Rooms are having tables , wardrobe and wifi connectivity. We have to pay almost 130000 per year for the hostle. Overall, the hostles provides a satisfactory infrastructure and security option for the students.

The room wwas not good in condition we pay extra charge of the electricity bill in the room the hostel fee in the 130000 thousands per year the hostel was not good they have too much oily in the vegetable and diluted dal the roti was very patli they do bot providing the ghee in their root their is no hygiene in the mess according to the outside of the hostel the hostel was very expensive for that is approx 13 thousand per month and their is some additional charger on their food after the mess

My honest review of my college

Hostel Facilities:

We are provided with 2,3,4 seater rooms with shared washroom for whole floor.we are provided with gym and playground.laundry is also included in our fees which takes 14 cloths every week. Mess food is not good in taste and quality. But hostel is affordable as many things are included in it as per locality. There are many PG and flats near us which are also affordable and provide good food.

Once you come to the hostel, you must surround yourself with quality people and concentrate more on learning. You will get a huge amount of opportunities in CGC. You must not forget to attend all the TPP classes. This becomes the main reason why some students are not able to get placements. If you do not attend the classes, you will get debarred from TPP and this will also lower your chances to sit into the placements.

Here are some information about the hostel:

Boys’ Hostel Annual Fees	2 seater- Rs. 1,00,000 3 seater- Rs. 90,000-95,000 4 seater- Rs. 85,000
Girls’ Hostel Annual Fees	2 seater- Rs. 1,00,000 2 seater with attached washroom- Rs. 1,20,000 4 seater- 85,000
Contract renewal	Annually
Amenities	Electricity, wi-fi, security, food, water supply

If you are moving into the Hostel for the first time, then it is not going to be easy. You will have to take care of some things and here is a list of them -

Money Cards: You need to keep your Debit Cards/ Credit Cards handy and safe. Make use of net banking if possible. You will probably order a lot of things online once you move to the hostel.
Documents/Certificates: You need to keep all of your necessary certificates/ documents in PDF format.
1 Laptop and 1 Pen-drive.
2 bed-sheets.
Personal Grooming Products.
Lock for your cupboard.
1 plate, 1 Bowl & 1 Glass.
Sports Item (Football, Badminton Racket, Cricket Bat etc.).
Books: if you are into reading then you must bring good self help books.

There are still some small things that you will need to purchase so make sure you have at least 3,000-4,000 in your ATM card. If you are lucky and are able to get good roommates then you don’t have to worry about anything.
