- Placement process, Placement culture are the two major backbone for this college.
- Course curriculum and it's relevance with the industry.
Dislikes
- Location is a major factor for me in the initial times but when we explored the place this place has a lot of potentials in terms of sustainable industries.
- More in depth knowledge about domain specific subjects for those who have more interest.
Placement Experience:
MDIM's one of the most important committees is PLACECOM i.e. placement committee of MDIM. They worked a corporate time cycle just to get the batch placed. So from day 1, they will make you know the norms and guidelines about the placement. After some days they will start floating companies nomination forms in the college's mail ID. They will happen till the batch achieves 100% placement. Every year there are some prominent recruiters come to MDIM like ICICI Bank, Dabur, Bandhan Bank, Axis Bank, Tata Steel, Tata AIG, etc. No Ed-tech startup or company form is floated this is the type of a rule here. The highest package offered this year 40LPA and the Average package is around 11 LPA.
After getting the degree I like to serve for a well-reputed company and help me in my career growth.

Placement Experience:
There are 6 terms in 2 years and from 5th term students start to get placement. There are many companies like icici bank, Bandhan bank, droom etc and made many offers. The highest package is 20lakh and the average is 12.07 lakh. 100% placement is there in the college. I want to be a good job in a reputed companies at college

- Faculties are very helpful. You can even ask your doubts while they are having their walk in the campus.
- Security and environment of the campus is nice.
- Far from the noise of the cities situated in the green environment.
Dislikes
- Wifi doesn't work properly due to some mishapened last month
- We didn't get subscription for any software like Microsoft 365,spss .
- There is no cultural diversity in the management staffs members only bengalis are there.
Placement Experience:
From the 4th or 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the placements. One the highest package offered this year is of 40 lakhs by Fiitjee. BFSI sectors companies used to visit the campus very much. ICICI use to recruit the highest number of students. Highest package of thia year is 15 lakhs ctc per annum by Havells and average is of 11 lakhs per annum CTC. Getting in the one of the best company is my dream with the best corporate environment.

- College should clear more about the reservation process.
Placement Experience:
The placements at MDI Murshidabad are promising and students typically become eligible for campus placements from the second semester onwards. A variety of renowned companies visit the campus for recruitment such as ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Bharti Airtel. Companies offers diverse profiles for the students.

- I liked the curriculum of my program. Also the hostel are decent.
- Many big brands come to campus for final placement.
- Faculty is experienced and they hold a good amount of knowledge about the course they are teaching.
Dislikes
- The life is very fast here you can't get into depth of a subjects here.
- Attendance policy is very strict. Below 80% attendance in class students get grade docks
- The college gym is not well equipped with machines. Machine operated here are pretty old.
Placement Experience:
The internship companies starts coming to campus with in one month of entering the college. Most of the students gets PPO those who don't get PPO are allowed to sit for final placements. The final placements starts in 5th semester. 100% of batch is placed. There are plenty of oppurtunities in market after completing business analytics course.

- Library- Almost every book and journal is available
- Faculty support is there for the students everytime we need

- Management - The management lf the campus is not well
- Outside college life is not good because college is in rural area
- Attendance system is there you can't miss more than 3 class out of 20 you will get one grade drop after that
Placement Experience:
In vth sem students become eligible for placements
60 companies visited the campus including ICICI bank, Axis Banks, Airtel, Droom etc.
Highest package is at 27 lakhs till now
Average is 12.5 lakh
100% students get placements.
My plan after the degree is join the company which is provided by our college and then work on myself to reach hogher position

- The adminstration really respects every person's sentiments and help us to celebrate different ethnic events
- The environment is pretty good, we can also take some break from. Academics and go for nearby trips.
- Talking about the ROI it was pretty good.
Dislikes
- Almost 60% of students belong to West Bengal only.
- Transportation services are quite not well.
- Good faculty members don't stay for long span.
Placement Experience:
Talking about placements, we have 100% placements record, but in the year 2024, due to market conditions we are facing some problems. Although average package was around 12LPA and talking about average stipend, it was around 40k.

- One of the things which I disliked is that there could be more scope for skill development.

From Trimester 4 students become eligible for Campus Placement.
Various companies like TATA AIG,VE COMMERCIAL,INFOSYS,TCS,COGNIZANT,DABUR,ICICI BANK,LAKME,FITJEE etc. visited our campus and till now a total of 150 offers were being made.
Highest package offered is 20LPA and the average package is 12.5 LPA.

- I like the rural exposure of this place .
- I like the exposure of various industries located in nearby areas.
- I like the peer over here, got to learn from them..
Dislikes
- Somewhat exposure is not that great as the college is located in outskirts.
- Some subjects are taken online rather they should be taught offline.
- The management of our college is not that much good.
Placement Experience:
Placements are decent enough, few people opt out of the placements because they want to start something of their own, rest our placement committee is working very hard to get all the students placed .

- Green lush campus. There are numerous of plants.
- Each hostel room has their own balcony. So everyone gets sunlight.
- Classroom are pretty cool. Case studies are provided.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the cleanliness of common washroom. Although it has nothing to do with college, as they are cleansed every morning.
- Small campus, very limited sports. Only badminton, volleyball, cricket and football as a sports are available.

We have trimester. So students can sit for placement after 3rd semester.
Various companies like TATA AIG, ICICI BANK, AXIS BANK and other big names. Over 50 companies visit our campus.

Is MDI GURGAON a good option for an MBA executive program?

MDI Gurgaon is a great choice for an executive MBA program and is at par with other top-tier schools like IIM A, B, C, L, IIFT, FMS, XLRI, and IIT Delhi DMS. The 3-year executive MBA program for working professionals is extremely good, with the same course and faculty as that of the full-time one-year executive MBA and two-year full-time residential MBA program. It's an excellent institute and is even better than some of the newer IIMs.
However, it's important to note that the fees for the 3-year executive MBA program at MDI Gurgaon have increased enormously over the last few years and are almost 10 lakhs. If you're looking for other options, IIM Lucknow's Noida campus also offers a similar 3-year executive MBA program with fees of Rs 10 lakhs, and classes are held on weekends and weekdays.
IIFT Delhi is another option that offers a similar 3-year executive MBA program with fees of Rs 6.5 lakhs and classes on weekends. IIT Delhi also offers a similar 3-year executive MBA program with fees of Rs 4.10 lakhs, with classes on weekdays. FMS Executive MBA has fees of Rs 1 lakh only.
It's important to choose your education loan wisely, especially when considering the high fees for some of these programs. Make sure to do your research and compare the options before making a decision.

Most of the people have suggested that overall all the three colleges are good and you will not be facing any problem if you take admission in any one of them. The NITIE College is good operations management, MDI is good for General management and Human resource management and IIFT is good for International trade. So, it depends upon you which branch you are interested in.
The overall reviews of these colleges are as follows:
MDI:
- This college is fairly consistent in getting top 10 rankings.
- There are various kinds of live projects in the college which will help you in understanding the working culture in the corporate industry. Some of this live project will also allow formulating business strategies.
- You will be having access to great infrastructure such as Bloomberg terminal and EuroMonitor database.
- Along with the vibrant campus you will also be getting right guidance from Professors like Prof Bakshi , Prof Chatterjee and Prof. Mitra who will help you in getting the right path.
- You will also be getting great placement opportunities in various fields.
NITIE:
- Operations management in this college is very good.
- It is located in Mumbai and because of this location that will get lots of live projects in the industries.
- The college also provides good placement in the field of supply chain management, operations management, etc.
- This college also has a good alumni base. There is not much flexibility in the placements and the rest depends upon you.
IIFT Kolkata:
- It is one of the greatest colleges with economics and trade as its pillars.
- If you are looking for branches like international business and operations management then this is the best college.
- There is a slight disadvantage between Kolkata and Delhi branches but the placements in both locations are similar.

Overall IIFT-K is only good for trade and economics. For placements in finance, marketing and consulting roles MDI is a much better college than IIFT K and for operations management, NITIE is the best.
