The environment and the serenity that this college provide is good.
All the staffs that are working in various areas are friendly enough.
There is no any strict rules and people get to enjoy their freedom.

Dislikes

ROI is not considerable as people pay a hefty amount to get less package placements.
The campus is located in a very rural area.
In order to enjoy outside there are very limited places.

Internships Opportunities:

The college provides summer internships (in the months of April to June) after the first year ends. The placement process for this begins as soon as a studnet takes admission in the first year and interviews for the same are conducted from September to October of the first year of study. I interned at Tata 1mg in the founders office and had a stipend of 1,25,000 INR per month. The project I was working on was incorporating the use of GenAI in the customer support function to reduce the cost while mainitaing the CSAT. The outcome was positive and resulted in increased agent productivity, reduced ticket abandonement rate, improved CSAT.

1.5 hours of class because the attention span is very less for humans
Too much construction is being done right now spoiling the scenic beauty
Induction process is very tough so that could be improved

I am interning in Cipla at 1.1l per month. The highest stipend was given by ITC that is 2.5l pm. My project is based on improvising on talent academies for MnQ dept in Cipla. Outcomes are yet to be given by my manager. The roles offered are based on different profiles and courses

Location is a major factor for me in the initial times but when we explored the place this place has a lot of potentials in terms of sustainable industries.
More in depth knowledge about domain specific subjects for those who have more interest.

We had companies for various sectors and industries for our internship starting from Tata AIG, Droom, Tech Mahindra, and Middle Earth to companies like Tata Steel, ICICI bank, etc. The highest Stipend is 40K per month. Every company has its very own project some are like market research whereas some come for finance projects. Depends on the company to company.

In terms of rankings, IIM Indore has ranked better than MDI Gurgaon. The IIM Indore has secured 8^th position in NIRF Rankings 2023 whereas MDI Gurgaon secured 13^th position. Besides this, IIRF has ranked MDI at 2^nd position only among private institutions but it has ranked IIM Indore at 9^th position among all the institutions.

In last year 2023, NIRF has ranked MDI at the 13^th position for MBA. Before this in 2022, NIRF gave the same ranking to the MDI Gurgaon. However, the ranking was much better in 2021 when it was at 11^th position.
