My Experience in My college

Placement Experience:

We have a placement from the 6th semester onwards and the eligibility criteria are 65 % or 6.5 CGPA. Many MNCs are for placement campus drive namely TCS, CTS, Wipro, Accenture, etc and startups also namely Accolite, cognizant, Lavasoft, etc. We providing a minimum of 90% placed in campus drive. Placement packages from 3.5 to 11 LPA. My plan after my Degree is to move towards in competitive examination.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem, I was eligible. I have 2 offers on campus but I didn't go for them. 10 LPA from sales field from campus. It's 3.5 LPA. It depends on the year, do not depend on last year placement result because it varies a lot, Never think that you will be placed in your core, most of us was placed in IT to learn some basics in coding. Got placed in IT field (off campus )after 5 months of course completion, planning to appear in Govt. Exams. Most staff will teach you to choose the right path like guide you.

Good to study and easy to place a job

Placement Experience:

More college placement will occur at 7th semester. More MNC's like Accenture, CTS should come for the placements. They will offer from 5L package. Most of the students will get a placement due to pieces of training that have been provided before the placements.

SRM VEC is a very good option to pursue your career with!!!

Placement Experience:

From the third year, the placement department starts providing placement training to the pre-final year students till the 7th semester. And from the 7th semester, companies start visiting the college for the hiring process where only eligible students are allowed to participate. Some of the top IT companies like Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, NTT Data hire students each year from our college. Around 400 students will be placed every year. Unfortunately, only 60 to 70 percent of eligible students got hired in the 2021 batch. I'm not aware of previous batches. But in my opinion, approximately 70 to 80 percent of eligible students will be placed every year. The top package will be 6.5 LPA but only a few talented students will get this package. The average package from almost all IT companies will be 3.5 LPA as of now. As we all know that, only a few or no core companies will be visiting the college. It's almost the same in all the 2nd tier colleges. Some students will be placed in more than one company.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for campus placements from 7 th semester. The training for placements is given to the student from the 3rd semester. Many companies are visiting the college for placements. Some of them include Accenture, Wipro, CTS, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree, Avasoft. The average package given by a company is 4 lakhs per annum. Every year an average of 85 % of students get placed in companies. I got placed in the campus placement. I have received an offer letter from the company also. So I have decided to join the company after completing my degree.

Remarks:

The college is affiliated to Anna University and located in SRM Main Campus Kattankulathur. Availability of campus feel and events was quite great. The Anna University brand helps later on in showcasing being a part of huge state university and getting acclaimed.

Valliammai engineering college review

Remarks:

It was a good enough choice if one is concerned about the brand associated with the place of study. The professors were conscientious enough to impart quality education. Though it may not be considered to be among the top 4 or 5 colleges it was a good place where you get to meet hard working honest fellow students, with a nice campus where all Infrastructure was on offer and it actually allows one to explore ones strengths and decide what’s the best can be taken up for the future
