Remarks

I am from the government quote and I have added the counseling in Anna university. At least I got the admission at that time I paid the amount of Rs. 5000. And I paid the remaining amount in the college in the form of DD.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am more interested in the Electrical field so I choose this course. Then the faculty-student relationship is good but in our department faculty and student ratio is 1:20. Many of the faculty are Ph.D. holders and well experienced so the teaching methodology is good. In my college, we prepared a question Bank for the internal exam so it is easy to get more internal marks.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

We have a placement from the 6th semester onwards and the eligibility criteria are 65 % or 6.5 CGPA. Many MNCs are for placement campus drive namely TCS, CTS, Wipro, Accenture, etc and startups also namely Accolite, cognizant, Lavasoft, etc. We providing a minimum of 90% placed in campus drive. Placement packages from 3.5 to 11 LPA. My plan after my Degree is to move towards in competitive examination.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees quotation for the course is as usual in Anna University and they accept the first graduate quota also even though I also the first graduate quota. In my college, many scholarship opportunities are available and then we also provide many campus drive also some company has an internship program also.

Campus Life

We conduct the college day every year in the auditorium and Conduct the tech fest in the name of "EMERGE". Many foreign author books are available in our library and daily newspapers, current affairs. Many of the students use our library as a reference to many competitive examinations. We have individual departments for sports activities and we have CSI, Renewable energy club, IEEE. Then we run an official website to know the details regarding our college.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

I applied to Chennai Institute of technology where the fee structure was enormously high. Ehere as the SRM valliammai has good infrastructure and also the fee was reasonable. No, i didn't get rejection from Chennai Institute of technology. But i got impressed when i went for visiting SRM valliammai as one of my college hunt. SRM valliammai offers both government quota and also admission directly to the college. I went through government quota. So to apply SRM on should be completed 12th grade with reasonable percentage. From fresher's day to Final year: A glimpse into SRM VEC

I got into Panimalar Engineering College via Counselling process, but decided not to go as the college was very strict and Underexposed. The travelling journey of other colleges was also a bit complicated as we must avail the college bus services as they are located in secluded places, where there are no other means of public transportation available.
