• Professional Experience: Applicants must possess professional experience in AVP/ VP/ SVP/ Associate Director/ Director/ Senior Director roles demonstrating an understanding of or strong interest in the BFSI sector and Technology sector.
• Educational Background:A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, finance, or business administration is preferred.
• Leadership Potential: The candidates must demonstrate strong leadership potential and an ability to drive innovation in their organisation. As this programme emphasises interdisciplinary collaboration and client engagement, applicants should possess excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship management abilities.
• Motivation and Interest: Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in Fintech, AI/ML, data science, and blockchain technologies, as well as a strong desire to expand their knowledge and skills in these areas. A passion for innovation and staying abreast of the latest industry trends is highly valued.
