SP Jain PGEMP (Post Graduate Executive Management Program) is a 21-month Executive MBA program specially designed for middle and senior-management executives to transition into leadership roles. Any working executive who has a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and has a minimum of 5 years of work experience is eligible to apply for this program.
SP Jain PGEMP fee is INR 9,00,000 for a period of 21 months, which includes the tuition fees, boarding & lodging charges, and study material charges. SP Jain PGEMP admission is done on a rolling basis and the selection criteria include a Test of Reasoning, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

SP Jain PGEMP Selection Criteria
The selection process usually checks the skills and the traits of the candidates like common sense, commercial sense, communication, interaction, dealing with people, etc. The selection is done through a 3-stage process, which is:
- Test of Reasoning: It is an online test with 40 questions in quantitative ability, verbal & logical reasoning, and critical thinking & decision making. The candidates who have a valid Executive Assessment (EA) score, administered by GMAC, will be exempted from the Test of Reasoning.
- Group Discussion: The candidates will be divided into a group of 4-6 people and they will have to discuss a relevant current topic. The topic of discussion will either be given by the professors at the time of discussion or they may be given a choice.
- Personal Interview: The candidates will be interviewed by two professors in a conversational way. The candidates do not need to prepare for this interview, all they need to do is brush up on their communication skills and stay focused, relaxed, and confident.
