Shortlisting: The applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their profiles. The profiles are scored and the applicants are sorted into two groups: Profile based (1st phase) and Profile-cum-score based (2nd phase)

Profile based (phase 1): The shortlist is based on their profile considering the following factors:

• Consistency of academic record
• Relevance of work experience for the specialisation chosen
• Versatility and achievements

Meeting the minimum eligibility cutoff in the entrance exam is mandatory in case of a profile based shortlist to appear for the interview.

Profile-cum-score based (2nd phase): This shortlist is held after the availability of entrance test scores. Applicants in this phase are called for interviews on basis of their profile as given above, along with their performance in the entrance tests.

Selection: The selection list is based on a composite score, which takes into account the applicant’s profile, academic record, entrance test scores (CAT/ GMAT), relevance of work experience (if any) and performance in interviews.

• The application fee for PGDM and PGDM (BM) is INR 2,000. If candidates are applying for both PGDM and PGDM(BM) then they will have to pay INR 3,000.

Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, and have appeared for CAT/ GMAT are eligible to apply for the PGPM program. SP Jain PGPM admission process includes the stages mentioned below:

SP Jain PGPM Selection Criteria

The applicants are shortlisted based on their profile and the factors that are considered are academic record and relevant work experience. The interview will be conducted on a rolling basis.

SP Jain GMP Selection Criteria

The shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview, which is conducted jointly by SPJIMER and the partner school. The final selection process is based on the candidate’s consistent academic record, entrance scores, profile, and work experience.

• The candidates will have to create a login, verify their email, fill out the online application form, upload the documents, and pay the application fees.
• The application fee for GMP is INR 2,000.

The candidates who fulfill the following requirements are eligible to apply for the PGMPW program at SP Jain:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience and not more than 1 year of career break.
• Entrance score: A valid score in GMAT/ NMAT/ CAT/ XAT.

The candidates are selected based on their overall profile, academic record, work experience, and performance in the group and personal interview.

SP Jain PGMPW Admission: How to Apply?

Interested candidates will have to fill out the application form available on the SP Jain website. The non-refundable application fee is INR 1,200.

Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of work experience are eligible to apply for the PGEMP program. The diploma holders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience are also eligible to apply. SP Jain PGEMP admission process will include the following stages:

SP Jain PGEMP Selection Criteria

The PGEMP selection is based on the Test of Reasoning, Group Discussion, and a Personal Interview, all conducted on the same day. The admission committee will test whether the candidates can put in time and effort for the program, their managerial aptitude, and their maturity, ethics, and value.

The candidates who have a valid Executive Assessment (EA) score, administered by GMAC, will be exempted from the Test of Reasoning.

SP Jain PGEMP Admission: How to Apply?

The PGEMP application form will be available on the official website. Interested candidates will have to fill out the application form and pay the non-refundable fee of INR 1,200.

The documents required to be submitted along with the application form are

• Sponsorship Letter and a NOC from the present employer. It is mandatory even if the applicant is self-funded.
• Employment proof like a Self-attested copy of Relieving letters from the previous employer and offer/ promotion letter from the previous employer.
• Educational Proof including the self-attested copy of Marksheets and Passing certificate of all Xth, XIIth, Graduation, Post Graduation, etc.

The candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of work experience are eligible to apply for the PGPGM program. The admission process will include the following stages:

• Admission Test (CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ XAT, taken over the last 3 years and GMAT score of the last 5 years)
• Case Analysis
• Interview.

The selection for the PGPGM program will be done based on the Admission test, Case analysis, Work experience & Interview, and Past academic performance.

The candidates who have a master’s degree with a first-class or an Integrated master’s degree or a professional qualification such as CA/ ICWA/ CS, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and a valid score in GMAT/GRE/CAT/UGC-NET/UGC-JRF/GATE are eligible to apply for the FPM program. The shortlisting panel will evaluate the candidate’s academic qualification, work experience, profile motivation, recommendations, and check whether the profile is fit for the FPM program or not. The final selection will be done based on various parameters, which are as follows:
