MDI Gurgaon’s PGP-IM Program is one of the most coveted Management courses of the institute. It has several features that distinguish it from other regular PGP courses offered at top B Schools. My brother opted for this course out of many and he listed the following reasons that compelled him to go for the program The PGP-IM students of MDI Gurgaon are offered an MBA degree from ESCP Europe and this is a major turning point in steering their career globally. The admission criteria of the programs have witnessed slight changes with a work experience of 2 years being a compulsion. This is mainly because most European companies prefer prior work experience and hence it becomes easier to get jobs then. The work experience requirement has made IM students of MDI Gurgaon in demand for Consulting jobs globally as well as locally. The course is dynamic and requires you to go to respective ESCP campuses across London, Madrid, Paris, and Berlin for a 4-month term post which you do your internships, either in Europe or back in India. Getting internships is not difficult at all and almost everyone gets an internship easily. 60% of students take internships in Europe, and 40% take them in India. If you fail to get or yourself don’t take the PPO from your internship companies, you can sit for Final placements along with PGDM students without any bias. Does JBIMS have executive MBA programs for working professionals?

To be eligible for the Executive MBA program at JBIMS, you must have passed the Graduate Examination in Industrial Engineering in Mumbai and have also qualified in the GATE examination conducted by the IITs. Additionally, you must have a minimum of two years of full-time work experience at a supervisor or executive level. Internships and projects do not count towards this requirement. Once admitted to the program, you must maintain a minimum attendance of 3/4th of the lectures delivered in the First Term and the Second Term. Failure to meet this requirement will result in not being permitted to appear for the Institute/University examination and will require you to re-admit and start the program again. No exceptions will be made. The program is tentatively 15 working weeks long and takes place over two semesters. The First Semester runs from June to November, while the Second Semester takes place from January to April. Classes for the Part-Time Master's Degree Program are held from Monday to Friday from 18:30 to 21:30, on Saturdays from 14:45 onwards, and on Sundays from 09:00 onwards. Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like how dynamic the course curriculum was, it included a spectrum of management subjects right from 1st Year like Finance and accounting, Operations & supply chain, perspective management, and entrepreneurship management. Also special subjects like yoga and meditation is also included in the course which is very helpful and interesting for students. One best aspect about the curriculum was that the pedagogy followed. Industry experts come to the campus and teach us the subjects which minimises the gap between college and industry and makes us ready for the corporate world. Exams follow semester pattern, sitting in class and actively participating would fetch you good marks in exams, they are challenging but not difficult if you have paid good attention in class.

The course curriculum is the main USP of this course.As this course's name is Master's of human resource development,it is well suited for the changing environment.Today we are living in a BANI world which is brittle,anxious ,nonlinear and incomprehensible.So in this changing environment human resource professionals play a very crucial role in being a change maker.This course is a new course catering to the need of present situation where change management is the need of an hour. This course includes all the HR related main subjects like compensation and benefits,labour laws, perspective management , International HRM , employee engagement and taxation laws etc. In this new age data is the new oil, and data driven approach is truly required for the present times.To build this approach in students,this course has HR analytics as a subject. Another USPs of this course are the visiting industrial experts as the faculty members and regular yoga and meditation sessions.

Infrastructure is old and need some kind of renovation

Diverse curriculum consisting of preparing 2 Research Papers every semester, updated subjects like HR Analytics makes made my mind to go for this course. Curriculum focusses theory as well as practical aspect of the subjects, which makes you ready for its application in the real time world and industry scenarios. Business Case study discussions develops holistic thinking process in students. Most of the faculties are leading professionals in their respective fields , their knowledge and experience helps us to become a great professionals. Subject odf Yoga and Meditation allows us to work on our Mental Health and helps in increased concentration level. Exams are conducted every semester. Each year has 2 semesters and Each Semester has 10 subjects including 2 Seminar Papers.

We also also learning to manage all the things ourselves as it is a student driven college and we have to coordinate with the college management

Infrastructure can be improved but its not an big issue, we consider we have intellectual infrastructure to be great in our college
Not having our own campus feels there is something missing, but the good old red building is legendary

The course curriculum is very precise and thoughtfully crafted considering it is an HR specialization course. Marketing, The next three semesters we have HR Specific subjects such as Learning and development, Performance management, Employee engagement, HR analytics, Compensation and benefits, and various other topics.

I really enjoyed lectures of Mr. Moradian, the god of operations. His way of teaching is really interactive and inclusive.

Canteen Food is not that great. So you have take a walk nearby for your lunch sometimes.

The curriculum is designed very practically to give students knowledge of all areas of management. It's not just a HR course. Also, industry experts themselves come to teach these subjects like Perspective Management, Marketing, Statistics, etc. The teaching methodology is amazing with more focus on case studies and and industry examples discussions. Also, a lot of presentations and reports for self understanding of the subjects.

I really appreciate the student driven culture, where we organize and manage everything from events to other processes
The location in Mumbai opens up incredible opportunities and adds a vibrant energy to our campus life.

The campus life feels limited due to the lack of dedicated recreational spaces.
The infrastructure, while well-maintained, would be modernized with better resources.

The MHRD curriculum at JBIMS is definitely strong in its relevance and comprehensiveness. Courses like Talent Acquasition in the digital age, performance management in a globalized workforce, and Change Management directly addressed current industry challenges and equipped me with practical skills. The inclusion of modules like Business Strategy, SCM & Operations, Finance and Marketing Fundamentals provides a well rounded understanding of broader business context. All the faculties are experts from the intdustry leading global teams in organizations, and their insights are invaluable. The MHRD program is excellent for ones interested in HRM and will further enhance its relevance for future generations.

What is the fees for MMS course?

The fee per year for the MMS course is INR 3 lakhs. The course is of 2 years duration, the total fee is INR 6.1 lakhs at the JBIMS. JBIMS MMS MAH CET Cutoff is 99 Percentile. JBIMS MMS batch intake is 160. The candidates will have to appear for the entrance tests conducted on the state-level by DTE Maharashtra followed by CAP counseling to get admission to the MMS program.

How many installments do you have to pay fees in?

The two-year course is structured into four semesters, with a summer internship project(s) of 8-12 weeks between the second and third semesters in May, June, and July. You have to pay semester wise.
