- Holder which means they have good knowledge of the subject they teach quite good and encourage students, most of the faculty are initial which is again plus point they will help you whenever you need them
- Fee structure is very nominal and is constant even the middle class can take admission scholarships are the great forms of motivation which college offers for good environment and to maintain competition among youngsters
- Crowd is good infrastructure is good as well us placements are good
Dislikes
- Campus is not too big. lower branches placements are also not good.
- There is a large crowd here and most of them are from lower branches who do not get placed.
- Civil mechanical branch are not getting good package in collage olacemt ratio are very bad

- i really appreciate the extra curricular engagement that my college provides it is one of the best amongst all colleges of delhi ncr. there are variety of clubs and society which provide exposure in varied field such as MUN, HACKATHONS, Culturalfest.
- i am very engaged in all the in campus and off campus activites . i have been member and coordinator of photography society and currently leading the society of adminstration, operations logistics and hospitality of my college. it is most important.
- infrastrucute is pretty huge and beautiful and well managed as well. we have 7 blocks and canteen area along with 2 hostel blocks and 3 major grounds. we have fountain area, auditorium and much more facilities.
Dislikes
- the in campus hostel is pretty average with high fees and unhygenic hostel facilities. the food is pretty basic and dirty and hostel is conjusted as well. they are taking money equivalent to private hostels and facilities are very poor accordingly.
- the placement and internship scenario are dissapointing for some students as mass recruiting companies are giving below average saliries and asking for highly skilled candidates. this might cause disruption and distress among students.
- i do not agree with a few faculties on campus who come to just spend 1 hour in the classrom and teach nothing. they get paid for it but they waste time of students. labs are well maintained. And library is undermaintainenece washrooms are cleen .
Placement Experience:
Students in our college are eligible to fill placement forms in the 6th semester. The back criteria is often decided by various companies. few companies allow no backs, few allow up to 2 backs, and few don't bother to check. The minimum CGPA requirement is 6.5. Few companies that have visited our college are Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Squareyards, Capgemini, etc. The average percent of students getting placed is 80-90%, but it includes a lot of mass recruiting companies. They offer a minimun salary of 2 lakhs and exploit their employes.

- Things I like is firstly, less pressure of assignments and irrelevant works.
- Secondly, college infrastructure and spacious rooms, not suffocating and is well litted and ventileted.
- Thirdly, faculties and department teachers are so supportive and engaging for students
Dislikes
- Things I disliked firstly is, long hours of college as we have total 8 periods everyday and 50 minutes each including extra 50 minute lunch break, causing tiredness.
- Secondly, girls to boys ratio is like 1:10 or less, which is not okay.
- Thirdly, college syllabus is some outdated type, that needs to focus more on practical than theoretical knowledge.

Placement Experience:
Placements in GCET are average. We have placement cell which acknowledges students from 6th semester to sit in placements. Around 10-14 companies visited, some are Infosys, HCL Technologies, IBM, Jubliant, etc. They offer a package of around 7-8 LPA to CS students. There is chance of 80% students to get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to apply for on-campus as well as off-campus placements for better opportunity and appearing for GATE exam.

Dislikes
- The majority of the crowd in college are from the local areas. I could not vibe with them since I am not from here.
- The faculty in my opinion are not qualified enough to teach the subject. They are the faculty of.

Placement Experience:
The placement in my college has not been very great. Also, as we all know with the current recession placements have been tough throughout the country. Very few companies are hiring and the ones that do are offering lower packages compared to previous years. There are fewer companies visiting the college for placements, and they offer very low package. Many students are struggling to secure core jobs because of this, and are now shifting to off campus, job hunting or higher studies after completing their graduation. The average package from what I noticed is 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum.

- One is that the fee of college is very less as comoared to other Btech colleges. So this is plus point.
- College infrastructure and facilities are very good like library is equipped with wifi and high end PC's. Canteen is also present in campus.
- College has many active clubs like GFG, GDG etc and has sports facilites also like big ground.
Dislikes
- The college has a large student body, which can sometimes lead to overcrowding.
- Some of the faculties are bad which are very rude.
- This year 4 tests were conducted before end sem whuch I think are useless as we don't get time for self study.
Course Curriculum Overview:
This college comes under AKTU. So aktu's curriculum is followed. It is basically like board system in 12th. Practical and exams are conducted by AKTU itself. In first year we have tp study all the subjects and all the branches have same syllabus.

- Placement of our college is good as compared to other Gr.noida private colleges as it is average placment is around 5-6 LPA which is quite decent package for private college.
- Our GCET college provide good environment for the student of all the branches which help us in building projects and also helps us in gaining experience of industry.
- Every year they conduct Unifest on a grand scale which is very much good and many good singers come and this unifest happen for 2-3 days . In this 2 -3 days there are many functions which goes on like dancing, music performances by our college club.
Dislikes
- well i dont like about our college is that sometime they take extra classes which make student sometime uncomfortable.
- They call parents without letting students know regarding attendance because of their mistake in calculating attendance which make parents worried.
- from past 1.5 yr our director has been changed twice due to which every sem there is a new rule and it is not stable .
Placement Experience:
Basically students from 3rd or 4th year can apply for internship and some 2nd yr student can also apply.
They are many MNCslike Wipro , Accenture, TCS, Autodesk have visited and many startups have also visited.
The average placement of our college is 5-6 LPA and highest package of last year was 49LPA from Autodesk.
Almost 80% students get placed .
My plans after competing my course is to appl for masters and then job

- The quality of students is good as they have qualified jee mains examination and get this college.
- You will get good and supporting teachers here.
- Lab facilities are very good here. They are well maintained.
Dislikes
- I don't like the fact that they don't provide internship opportunities.
- It is very hard to get NOC here from college for doing any internships
- The students admitted through management quota are disturbing.

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. Usually small companies visit here for placements and usually they give 3 to 4 lakh per annum. Almost 85 percent students are placed. I am planning to get college placements.

- The campus is very big and good the ground is also big. Proper basket ball coat
- The cafetria is very nice. The quality is very good of the food given there.
- The best is clubs it helps alot in improving our public speaking,confidence,and gets exposure about new new fields.
Dislikes
- Having only one ac in classrooms, one ac is not sufficient for 70 students in a room
- Bathrooms of 1 year block is very bad, doors are broken
- They do not teach coding in first year just teaches theory
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is good it helps to improve an individuals speaking communicational skills and prepare for the professional world. And helps to improve hardware skills also. The areas i suggest needs improvement is adding coding lect. In first year because in college in 1st year the targeted are is just communication not skills in cofing beacuse it is the main thing we all will do after 3 years.

- If you are trying to be good at your skills facility are supporting
- Good college to join if your rank is more than 90k
Dislikes
- Attendance is compulsory...you should have more than 75
- Strictness ( very strict about assignment)
- Strict faculty ( you can't get internal marks easily here)
Course Curriculum Overview:
Electronic is evergreen branch...scopes to get good and secure job is very high
If you take electronics you can opt both computer science or electronic communication branch for your masters degree
It is very good for govt. Job

- Campus is good, teachers are mostly well qualified. Many of my faulties are P.HD, Some of them are M.Tech only but knowledgeable.
- So many extra carricular activities done during the year, you can explore your carier in differnt field rather than engineering as well.
- Big events also happens on half early basis, so you have lots of opportunity in field of event management as well.
Dislikes
- Books in the library was too much old edition, and library was very small.
- Area of the campus was small so outdoor games Opportunity are not too much popular, only cricket was available.
- Some labs are not working condition like in our department REFRIGERATION LAB, thermodynamic LAB, are not in working condition and others labs are not upto the mark of engineering requirement.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Now a days its age of information technology and i was studing the mechanical engineering. So in field of mechanical engineering there are less opportunity. Many of my colleagues get jobs in IT company.
