Admission:

The admission process was quite streamlined.After submitting the application from online and entering my jee main score,i was shortlisted for counseling.In the counseling process included document verification and seat allotment based on preference and rank. Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with physics chemistry,and mathematics, securing at least 60% aggregate. The college accepts score from exams like JEE Main,State entrance exam,and also conducts its own entrance test for certain programs and the cuttoff for this field is minimum 72 in state board exam it may vary so please check on official website. Overall,the communication from the admissions team was timely,and the entire experience from application to conformation was smooth and well managed.

A Review About G.H. Patel College Of Engineering And Technology.

Likes

Great campus having parking space and canteen as well.
Spacious classrooms having smart boards.
Labs with good condition PCs and Air Conditioners.

Dislikes

Some staff member/professors are very disappointing.
No tolerance at less attendance and call parents of students having less attendance.
These college have Wi-Fi but it is not working.

Admission:

I applied for many colleges in anand vidhyanagar such as Gcet Bbit etc. But my first priority was G.H Patel college of Technology As this college was very popular for its education and faculties that are currently providing their teaching in this college. I didn't got rejected in any other college which i have applied for but as G.H. Patel College Of Engineering And Technology was my first preference So I applied for admission in G.H.Patel College Of Engineering And Technology. The cutoffs for the admission was at at intermediate level as anyone with average result in their ssc or hsc boards exams can get admission in G.H Patel College Of Engineering And Technology admissions to persue their diploma course or degree in the the engineering field. My overall experience in this college from admission to till semester was great, the faculties are very kind and supportive and their teaching skills are way too good. I highly recommend the students to take admission in this college as it is very good

Good and bad about GCET

Likes

Lab facilities are very good and labs are newly renovated
Faculties are friendly and provide good mentorship
Cultural evening our college is best in whole city

Dislikes

Very small campus and canteen is not good
No sports ground and events are there in college
Some faculties are not having proper subject knowledge

Admission:

Based on my merit this was the best college in which I can get admission in computer branch and since it is in vidhyanagar which is full of college and schools that's why whole vibe of the are is very good.

Overview of G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology

Likes

The campus has canteen facilities for students as well as the faculty members. The canteen served multitude of food options which are cost efficient and also made in a hygenic environment. Healthy food options are also available.
The college library had a vast space for the students to study and complete their assignments. There is a huge collection of the books and encyclopedias that are useful to the students a lot. Proper issuance system for books has also established.
The college campus has different buildings/blocks for the different departments that. Apart from that there are sign boards all over the campus which help the students navigate through the campus and find their destination with relative ease.

Dislikes

There is no proper space in the college campus for outdoor sports activities and the students had to go to a common ground named 'Shashtri Maidan' to play cricket, football, volleyball and other outdoor sports. Tournaments were also held there only.

Admission:

I did not apply to any other colleges as I wanted to go for Mechatronics engineering and not many colleges in Gujarat provided that course during my admission time. The other option was Parul University which I did not want to go to because of the negative academic reviews of the said university. G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology however, had a good reputation based on their academic and hi-tech practicality which made me surely want to choose this college for my education. The admission process was very easy as I went through the final round of the admission process of ACPC. I was immediately accepted and the paper work and the formalities were carried out by the administration department very smoothly. There were no said external entrance exams for the said course and the result for the 12th board was the only thing that was required. The orientation and campus tour was also provided on the day of admission itself which made it easier for me to understand the layout of the campus and also meeting the few faculty members was very insightful on the first day itself.

I like the placement and package for the collage which they offer to students and also faculty which are very cooperative and supportive.

Dislikes

The ratio of boys and girls is very bad becaus in class of 80 students there is 4 girls and rest are boys

Admission:

Admission process in this collage is as same as other collage and it is simple nothing is complicated in this. The main reason took admission in this collage is due to its faculties and this collage have very good infrastructure in chemical engineering and we can get much better practical knowledge then any other collage

Likes

As per teaching aspect overall College is good. The faculty of our department is knowledgeable and well.
The College also have an technical and non-technical event in college foyer and in auditorium.
There is no ragging happened in college. The College also provide a from to complain against ragging.

Dislikes

The College is not that wifi as other College. The campus of College is not that great its is too small .
The College is divided into two so we have lecture in another building and lab is in another building. And this two building are little far from each other.
The College also promote online games in technical events. The games like pubg, valorant etc. Which i think its not good

Admission:

I have decided to take admission in adani College in Ahmedabad but later i changed my decision and take admission in gcet because of more positive review of gcet and important thing is that gcet show his placement record on their website and adani university doesn't show that in perfect maner. The admission process is simple personally i have take admission through acpc and the process is nothing i show only admission letter and they explained fees criteria and nothing more .

The Staff of college is Too good. They help in all matters like scholarships, academics and also they complete full syllabus in college
The Campus of college is very Good and Big. There are 3 garden and one fountain in our college. Huge space for Two wheeler and Four wheeler parking.
main thing which all student need is study material, in My college there is very big library. in that a lot of book related to study, magazine is available.

Dislikes

one thing is missing in our college is cricket Ground.

Admission:

i applied in Cspit Charusat, and sardar vallbh bhai patel instituute of technology.INDUS UNIVERSITY and G H patel {gcet}. i get rejection from cspit. and other 3 Colleges are Ready to give admission. But i choose G H Patel college of Engineering and Technology. Because when i go First time to visit college i get best vibes. i feel that something different in this college. comparatively This college Gives Best Education quality.And Also this college have best placements. this College is in top 3 of Charotar area. So i final this college. the addmission process is on JEE BASED and Gujcet based. IN this college merit cutoff in software branches is almost 90%.

The Professor of this college are the psd holders and the sum of the professors are pursuing their phd which will be completing by the two year
The plus point is that this college has many societies and a club which will encourage student to participate in that to show their written talent

The campus of the college is very small or as compared we can say it's an average as compared to the other engineering colleges
The college is not situated in a metro city hence there is a not that much transportation available like the railway station is apart from 4 to 5 kilometers and airport is far away
The week point is that the ends of this college which is conducted by the university at last long as one month

I have chosen this college as the professor of this college and the placement of this college is food the environment of college is excellent as the culture of the students the students are coming from the worldwide by from which I can interact the student from other countries other states and many more as per the rest my last college I had chosen this college because the opportunity that I will get in this college is more as compared to my last college the admission process is through the acbc the acbc ranks should be around 7000 and the nra quota has also forms
