Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 years full-time B.Tech program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Must have passed or appeared in 10+2 (Higher Secondary or equivalent examination) with English and with 45% marks Physics and Mathematics (Compulsory) along with Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects (Engineering Drawing/Computer Science)
(40% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC candidates) in Physics and Mathematics (Compulsory) along with Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects (Engineering Drawing/Computer Science)

Entrance Exam:

Admission to any course will be made on the basis of the merit list from the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) for Engineering to be conducted by West Bengal Board of examination for admission to Engineering Degree Colleges or through merit list of All India Engineering Entrance Examination (A.I.E.E.E.) conducted by the Central Board of Higher Secondary Examination.
