Even fest and graduation day you have put thr amount from your pocket, if the student is rich enough then Opt for private college for same course rather this college. No proper teaching but passing is your responsibility no one will help you pass, you have to study on your own no notes provided by PG's or professors, only PDF will be shared God knows why they share even that ..
