Bangalore Institute of Management Studies (BIMS) is approved and formed by AICTE Act of 1987. The Institute is affiliated to Bangalore University, Karnataka and managed by Geetha’s Educational Trust. BIMS was established in 2005 under the sponsorship of Pramod Educational Trust (1999). BIMS was Ranked 2 by Outlook India under ‘Return on Investment (ROI) category in the year 2013. The Institute offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in various streams like Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, Computer, and Commerce.

BIMS Courses and Admission
The Institute offers BBA, BCA, B.Com., B.A. (Eve.) and B.Com. (Eve.) programs at the Undergraduate level and MBA program at the Postgraduate level.
BIMS Undergraduate Admission
BIMS offers three-year Undergraduate programs in fields like Business Administration, Computer Application, Arts, and Commerce. The admission to these programs will be on the basis of marks acquired by the candidate in 10+2 (in any relevant discipline) or Pre-University Course.
BIMS Postgraduate - MBA Admission
The Institute offers MBA program in five specializations viz, Finance, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing and Human Resource Development at the Postgraduate level. The minimum eligibility to apply for MBA program is Bachelors with an associate course with more than 50% marks. Final selection will be made after considering MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ PGCET/ SNAP exam score and performance in GD and PI rounds.

BIMS Placement
The placement cell in the college ensures vigorous planning and training of the students for an overall development before their interviews. Every year, the students are taken for an industrial visit to the leading manufacturing companies which enables the students to get a first-hand understanding of the working of the companies. The students are trained to collect field surveys and market research in different areas as a part of a mandatory Live project. The institute has a track record of 94% - 96% placement with salaries ranging from INR 3.8 to 13 Lakhs P.A. The highest paid salary record is 12 Lakhs P.A.

- The college is built in area of houses where there is so much of greenary and calm and cool air. The college infrastructure is good the classroom are good with projector facilities which helps us to learn digitaly and make presentation related to it.

- One thing I didn't like in college means we don't have play area means we don't have college ground that's the main reason we felt sad for our college we don't have sports period to play but they bring some competitions related to sports yearly once

After my schooling where I scored decent percentage like 66% without writing final exams because of COVID time they passed us my taking overall performances in mid exams and preparatory exams. In our family my sister went to engineering field where my family forced to take science department which I didn't liked at all so i decided to take commerce where I had interest in calculating which I preferred for sheshadripuram independent pu college some miles from our house where they have 6 to 7 branches in Bangalore providing education with low fees category
Admission:
The admission process was simple and easy. There are not take any application fees and No entrance exam also. Basic was you should pass and minimum of 50 % of what you learned in past. In this college no improvement in the admission process.

The course is good in our college there are three courses BCom BBA BCA and the admission procedure is also simple in our college just need to submit the basic details sslc marks card, transfer certificate,

There is no entrance exam to this class, admission is quite easy and they have installment option to pay the fees which is quite good but they give less internal marks no campus and no canteen facilities here needed to improve a bit education wise it's good.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum of our college was thorough and includes case studies, workshops, projects, role play, etc. Dual specialized areas in Finance, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing, and Human Resource Management were offered. The exams were conducted at the end of every semester.
Admission:
I think our college is one of the best colleges in Bangalore that charges affordable fees. The infrastructure is very nice and it was well facilitated and well maintained. It is a wifi-enabled campus with spacious classrooms, a good library, well-equipped labs, etc.
