The college does not have formal placement schemes, with no recruiting companies visiting the campus. Instead, students undergo a compulsory one-year internship in affiliated hospitals, such as Victoria Hospital, Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospital, Vanivilas Hospital, and Minto Eye Hospital. This internship is essential for graduation and provides a stipend that varies, with recent figures ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
Post-graduation, most students pursue higher studies or start working in various hospitals, as the institution is well-regarded and offers significant clinical exposure due to high patient inflow. Although there are no direct placements, graduates often find employment easily in both government and private hospitals across India.
