The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:40 to 1:50, with mentorship provided for small groups of students to ensure personalized attention. Clinical exposure begins in the first year, and faculty members are approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive of student learning, both theoretically and practically. The college conducts three internal assessments and one university exam annually, with a passing mark of 60% overall.

Faculty members are experienced and help facilitate a comprehensive understanding of subjects through interactive sessions and practical case studies. Most students pass their exams, and the faculty encourages research and academic growth.
