Stevens' location offers excellent views of Manhattan and easy NYC access. Professors are supportive, and frequent small events create a good graduate community. Downsides include limited diversity and late-night classes. Housing is expensive ($2300-$3000/month shared among roommates), with added utilities, typically found through WhatsApp groups in nearby Jersey City Heights.
