GLS University Ahmedabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

When i was in my collage i did CMA (Certified managment accountant) with BCOM. many times i got the issues with the timing of exams, many times my both exams comes together, then collage told me to give the exam in the retest, because they know one people can't give a two paper at same time. then when the collage issues the retest timetable for those who unable to gives the exams but the paper was tough then previous exams.

After 6th Semester the students are eligible for campus placements. The highest package was of 10LPA and the average package is of 5-6LPA. Around 55% students get placements My plan is to do MBA after completion of my degree

From 5th semester students are eligible for the placements. Various companies are visited the campus like TCS, Godrej, HDFC bank, ICICI prudential, etc. average package is approx between 3 to 4 lakh per annum. I plan to pursue MBA after my bcom Hons.

Bcom(Hons) is a dual specialization course in which one is accounts and another one you can choose by your own i.e Banking, Management, Finance, and Taxation. As of now I completed 2 years and the course is not that much hard id you prepare seriously you can understand it easily

They provide good numbers of course. They have different buildings for different course. For example bcom is in another building and any course related to law or arts have different building. But they don't give bcom that much importance.

Campus placements are available and students are eligible for campus placements after fifth semester. The starting package is around 10 lakhs. The due to university's tie ups with renown companies it is very much helpful for the students to get the placements in companies like TCS

the college conducts campus interviews and many companies visit the campus and many students get offer letters from the companies. generally companies like TCS offer roles like back office executive or data analyist or tele caller. the average package according to my knowledge is i think 3.6-4LPA. The college gives a 100% support to the students in terms of campus placement as well as outside job interviews. The faculties help students with the interview training.

The curriculum is well planned and thought out. This curriculum makes us ready for the real world and greatly helps is choosing the carrer ahead. The faculty's are very experienced in their field and have knowledge outside their working-profession which greatly helps in choosing our future paths. Exsms are conducted a at every semester end and are quite easy to crack.

The faculty is very supportive. The explain each and everything in detailed manner. Moreover, they use different language to make students understand in a proper way. We generally have three examinations the first of objectives followed by internal and last the university examinations. They difficulty level is medium according to me

I chose B.com as it would open more opportunities for me in the future and in my university faculty was well-versed. Almost everyone was CA and well-knowledged. Term exams were pretty on time and it was quite difficult to pass exams if anyone did not prepare for it.
