The admission procedure shall be online in the following manner:
1. The Admission Committee shall publish the schedule of admission process on HLCC website.
2. Considering the sheet matrix, the Admission Committee shall prepare a merit list of the eligible students who have applied, after online verification of the documents submitted.
3. The merit lists shall be displayed on the HLCC website and the college noticeboard.
4. Students on the merit list will receive a link of registration form from the college ERP.
5. As per the schedule displayed on HLCC website, students have to physically come to the college taking a print of the GCAS application form, HLCC registration form along with all documents mentioned below.
6. At the college, after verification of documents, students will be shown the available seats of different programs at HLCC. Student has to confirm the seat if he/she is willing to take admission in the program where seat is available.
7. Once the student confirms the admission, the college will lock his/her seat on GCAS portal.
8. He then has to pay prescribed fees (online mode only) to complete the admission process. NOTE: After confirmation of Admission, subjects allocated will not be changed.
