GLS University provides scholarships primarily to students from OBC, SC, and ST categories and for those who perform exceptionally well academically or in extracurricular activities. There are merit-based scholarships for the top 3 rank students: the 1st rank receives a 100% fee refund, the 2nd rank a 50% refund, and the 3rd rank a 25% refund. Additionally, for achieving over 80% in exams, a 30% fee reduction is available. Government scholarships like the MYSY are also accessible.

The tuition fees vary depending on the course, with examples being B.Com at 18,000 INR per semester and BBA Hons at 56,000 INR per semester.
