- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- The mentorship quality of the faculties and their relationships with students are very friendly in most of the departments.
- The monthly student council meeting for each department to discuss how to improve the methods of teaching as well as studying along with the other problems was effective to a great extent.
- The tech fest conducted each year and the extra curricular activities are very memorable.
Dislikes
- The placement cell was very much better compared to the other colleges as we got much more placements. But the qualities of the job given to the students can be improved much better
- The lab facilities we get is good. The lab faculties are also of great help. But rather than doing some fixed experiments there is no further development in the practical knowledge of the students. The college should take more initiative in this.
- The college infrastructure is very good. The only problem is that the canteen is not very hygienic. The building is very old and it needs a quick remodeling.
Placement Experience:
The campus placements starts from the sixth semester. Normally the most of the companies will IT companies. But this year was a little different. Because many core companies came to the college for recruitment. The highest salary package was 7-9Lpa which was an IT company. Many of the students got placed. The placement was about 60%. I am currently recruited as a graduate engineer trainee under the company Harita techserv and doing the training for the job. I got placed in the company through campus recruitment.

- The college had good teachers. They where very good at teaching. Core subject where taken by good teachers.
- The labs of the college where good. We had all the equipments to study. And also
- The college had good cultural fests like tharang.
Dislikes
- Some teachers weren't teaching properly. Like the subject circuits and networks. The teacher who taught us this subject was not teaching properly.
- In labs teachers where not involved in teaching. They where there only to sign record books. The lab assistants where good and they ehere teaching properly.
- The college is situated in a hill place and had to walk 1 km to college from bus stop.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester students were eligible for campus placements. And student can apply for placement.
There where very few companies coming for placements. Only IT companies where coming. There where less chance for electrical engineering students. And also some of the companies they place where very bad to work.
The companies visited where LGB coimbatore, Accenture, Qburst, TCS, Manappuram finance,Sutherland, etc...
If students have some supplimentries, they where not allowed to participate in the placements.
The percentage of students getting placed where around 40 percentage.
Highest package where 12 lpa and lowest where 2.5 lpa.
I plan to work as an electrical engineering for around one year in India and then to go abroad for job.

- There are different kinds of clubs like IEEE
- Introduction of new technologies and there practical applications in college
- Teacher are experts in there own area and also know about the other area of study
Dislikes
- There is no connection between theroy and practical
- Some time time of semester is too short to overcome the syllabus
- no importance for sports days teacher are not much supportive for the students
Placement Experience:
Caups placement are poor in my college. If you are trying to build a start up then there is fine oppertunity in the college. But placement is not ok with the core field. But for Computer software job opportunities are more in placement

- Faculties are very good, they have years of experience and most of them knows to teach very well
- The college and its premises are regularly cleaned and maintained very well and neatly
- The college promotes extracurricular activity like sports very much
Dislikes
- The college have only one lift which will always be overload and students will have to climb till the forth floor
- The collage campus feels like small compared to other campuses
- If we didnt attend any lecture a notification will be sent to our parents that we are absent
Placement Experience:
The placement statitics of fisat os very high with an average package of 517000 per year and a highest package touching more than 1700000 per year
The placemnt procedures usually starts from 7th semester but our college provides placement training from 3rd semester onwards
Our college have a very good placement cell and therefore so many top tier and core companies visits our campus
According to my knowledge Almost all students with no backlogs are able to secure a good job via placement
My plan is also to get a good job via placement with a decent salary

- Good learning experience and our college provides hands on experience on different technologies.
- Our college also conducts many technical and non technical programmes
Dislikes
- Faculties are not as friendly and some have lack of knowledge in their areas.
- When comes into practical knowledge some staff have lack of knowledge.
- College union holds less power and are not capable to make things done.
Placement Experience:
From seventh semester onwards we are eligible for campus placement. We have many companies coming and also include both IT and Electronical related jobs.Most of companies requires no arrears students and some allow some arrears. A large variety companies are coming with an average salary package of 4.5 L. About 45 percent students get placed. My future plan is to get a job on domain Embedded system.

- The ambience of the college is good.Green campus is the main highlight of our college.Amphitheater is another good feature of our college.Its an open auditorium.There is a good basketball court for sports enthusiasts.
- We have hosted many hackathons.NSS,IEDC,IEEE etc are very active in our college.Our college gives good support for developing innovative minds.Tharang Tech fest is conducted grandly every year.
- Expertised and friendly faculties.FAB lab and TATA IIIC for enhancing growing minds.
Dislikes
- Should have improved celebrations,arts and sports.
- Short break times.infrastructure of canteen can be improved.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are all good in our college.It all depends on the Performance of the candidates in the aptitude test and interviews.From the 7 th semester onwards placements begins.College give placement trainings from third year.Beside academics, developing additional skills are much important for getting placed in good companies. Speridian, TEAL, Cognizant, Accenture, Mitsogo ,SIB, UST Global, Qburst,Harita Techserv,TCS are some companies visited our college for placements.The highest package offered was 12 LPA and average package was 3 LPA.60% of students got placed.I'm also placed in a good company.My plan is to find a competitive career.

Seventh semester onwards you are going to get placement offers and can only join once the course completes. 15+ companies visited which includes top companies like TCS, South indian bank, Titan steel(TEAL), UST global, Cognizant, Qburst, Mitsogo, Speridian, Haritha Techserv, LGB. Highest package was South indian bank which offeres 12 LPA for probationary officer and average package was 3.5 LPA.

From seventh semester onwards campus placements starts. It will be having multiple rounds such as aptitude, GD, interview and so on. Multiple companies will come but most of them are it companies and if you know programming you can apply for that company. This year it is 12 lpa is the High salary package by sount indian bank as well as TCS with 11 lpa and 2.5 lpa . After getting I am planning for higher studies.

Very very good class and very good atmosphere
