Being a student of biotech it's really exciting to perform practical work in a good instruments acquainted lab. They can improve, they can increase the no and the practicals what they are teaching us. Actually most of the practicals performed here are already done in graduation

I choose this course because I am more inclined toward the research line. Faculties here are all PhD holders, well educated and very down to earth, and humble in nature. Exams are not much difficult but students have to secure above 24 out of 60 in theory in order to pass.

I have a good interest in biotechnology that's why I chose it. Several faculties are good as well as the student. Most professors are Ph.D. or master's post graduates. There are 4 exams minimum in each semester. Students have to study well to pass the exams.
Curriculum and faculty members are great and useful academically. Faculty to student ratio is about 1:8. Term exams were midterm and end-term exams. They were not that hard to pass but you've to be clear about the concept.
I'm interested in the biotech field, so I pursue this course, I think the faculty and student ratio is every 4-5 students to one faculty. The teaching method is pretty good. Difficult but when ur fundamental is strong you don't face any issue.
I chose Biotechnology because it can help to find solutions to various problems related to environment, health and safety, drugs, food etc. Faculty in SOA is good but for North Indians there will be a language problem. We have all PhD faculty. Exams were easy, if you study regularly or just pay attention during lectures it's really easy. We have mid term exams and then end term in every semester.
I Choose Biotechnology, as Centre of Biotechnology was the top in performance of other courses in research field and higher studies. We had a very close relationship with the faculty but during course work and viva teachers were strict, they should be. The teaching were mainly through ppt and all the faculty were PhDs. The exams were conducted mostly first we have quiz test then mid semester, then again quiz test, then practical and lastly end Semester. There were 2 semesters each year.
The course fee varies from course to course. But is it expensive to afford sometimes. All students can't afford it.some course free in donation crore and crores and some are lacks. My suggestion to make lower course fee.,for msc bio tech its 95000 per annum.
