Likes
- It has a sports complex- both indoor and outdoor, a large beautiful library, canopies, greenery all over, flower beds, a beautiful lake, and whatnot.
- Notable brands such as cognizant, dell, amazon visit the campus for recruitments and recruit enthusiastically as they trust the snu brand and its ability to attract good talent.
- You want enjoyment, placement,a perfect college life snu is for you.
Dislikes
- It's relatively new hence the alumni network is still developing (not a bad thing) but for the time being there is a limited network
- There is little bit chaos to choose electives.
- Ragging here is completely banned and no senior even dares to do so, but in my opinion some amount of ragging should be allowed as it enhances your bond with the seniors.

Placement Experience:
The placement record for the college is average. As far as I know most students gets placed with high or low package as per their capabilities. There is a platform called superset on which students regularly gets information about job vacancies within companies and easily apply through it. There is Career Development Centre that have a bunch of career mentor who personally guide students about their career opportunities. I am personally not planning to do job after completing my degree. I would persue government job and therefore would like to prepare fro competitive exams like Union Public Service Commission.

- Course structure and faculty, like the way they are
- College campus and natural beauty of greenery
- Mess food and the hungerbox system to avail that

- Giving extra charges for ac and too recharging ac
- Hostel accommodation are bit useless like tt room
- Massive amount of people and quad sharing
Course Curriculum Overview:
We have to do ccc, uwe, internships and for completing credit requirements and also we can do minor in any field and take any course we like to do, so it is flexible, comprehensive, reliable and worth the future

- The infrastructure is like the best here with greenery all around.
- There is a really huge library where you can find books of different kinds
- The approach towards studies is what i like the most it’s not just theory but practical also
Dislikes
- The hostel facilities are pretty average
- At times it’s just way too much pressure because of excess of quizes and assignments
- Your cloths may get displaced when given for laundry
Placement Experience:
Students can get on campus job from their third or fourth semester. More than 90% of the student planning to get placed get a decent package. I plan to get placed through this university for work experience.

- The campus is really big and you will find yourself really close to the nature.
- You have all the sports facility including horse riding.
- You will really enjoy yourself as they have many DJ nights and parties so the students are engaged the whole year.
Dislikes
- They don't celebrate all the festivals like they should like janmashtmi etc
- Sometimes the mess gets crowded so there are longer lines
Placement Experience:
The average CTC of BMS is 7.5 lakhs I guess. All the big companies like JP Morgan, Amazon, etc. visited. The students are eligible from the 4th year itself.
My plan after getting the degree is to start something of my own or after taking a little bit of experience go abroad for further studies.

- SNU's fouc on holistic development: they go beyond academics by strongly encouraging extracurricular activities
- The campus and the people are great as they provide a sense of comfort specially for those who experience the residential life for the first time
Dislikes
- A lot of construction taking place (it is a new university in its development phase so temporarily it feels like there's a lot going on)
- The location is a big factor for some people and the university is placed in a inconvenient location as there is not much around it
Placement Experience:
You can apply for placements from 4th year.
The average placement is for 12L and the Highest last year was 58L.
These are few companies that come for placements: Amazon, Adobe, HCL, Deloitte, Cognizant, DELL, IBM, Infosys, Bank of America, L&T and many more.
Around 95% students get a placement.

Remarks:
Great campus, administration takes students seriously, Great professors, multiple extracurriculars available. Offers various scholarships. All the information can be found at the colleges own website snu.edu.in.

The college is really good with placement and facilities. There are many webinars and events conducted so that the student gets used to the livelihood when he going to work. Very new campus with a the best infrastructure SNU is unique.

Remarks:
The reason I chose to join Shiv Nadar University was because of its multi disciplinary areas of studies. The student has a chance to earn a minor degree along with his/her major degree. It also provides opportunities in various other areas. One can do his/her research project under the guidance of the faculty. The university also gives equal weightage to extra curricular activities. There are a number of clubs a student can join along with the academics. The university provides an overall development of the student.

Liberty in forming career and course options, as well as international study curriculum (4-year courses for all majors). Options for minors and research available for students. Faculty and study resources from across the world available. Location wise convenience and well-managed mess and accommodation.

Placement Experience:
Placement and job opportunities are very good. Great companies like Goldman Sachs, IBM, lido and many great companies. The entrepreneurship cell is very good which provides great learning to its students.

One of my friends attended Shiv Nadar University. She loved the time she spend on campus.
Academics:
The course curriculum and grading system are designed in such a way that, you won’t be able to slack off. The campus seniors have taken a great initiative to decrease the academic load of juniors through the LASC program. Through this program, seniors teach important topics, resolve doubts and also help juniors plan out preparation strategies for examinations.
Ranking:
Shiv Nadar University ranking - It was ranked 84 by NIRF 2021.
Extra-Curricular:
As a student of SNU, you will get to take part in seminars, conferences and meet a lot of delegates. There are also many club activities. You should take part in at least one club during your time on campus.
SNU college fest, BREEZE gets better with each coming year. Friendly intercollege competitions and events are organized by the clubs of SNU.
Hostels:
There are ac and non-ac hostel accommodations. Each hostel has proper housekeeping and trash disposal facilities. Hostels also have laundry services. There are round-the-clock first-aid and medical assistance provided.
Food offered at SNU is good. You can also order in from eateries outside.
Placements:
SNU has a good placement record. During the 2021 placement drive, the average and highest CTC offered was INR 7.82 LPA and INR 24 LPA.
Overall, you can expect to have a good experience at SNU.
