Dislikes

The college hostel are not good as you were paying 82000 for the 3 sheeter hostel room
The timings of the college is very bad you have to come early in the morning and get departure in the evening.
One thing i disliked about this university that is no proper time of exams

All classes have air conditioner with proper air
All hosteller have to be provided free wifi
All the branches provided the labs lecture for practice

Dislikes

Timming of the college is like job which have 8 hrs lecture
Mess in college not provided good quality of food
Infrastructure is average and provided bad

Just my life in college

Likes

Infrastructure is good . The classroom are clean and have air conditioners and modern it has everything basic amenities
They have good faculty and some faculty have great knowledge
The college offers special traning classes

Dislikes

Their is no freedom in the campus. You can't bunk , you can't use phone , you can't do anything in the college except study you have zero social life
Their is fine in almost every thing in the college like 2000 fine for using phone if a switch board of class is broken everyone in the class need to pay 500
The attendance criteria is 90% and if you don't maintain the attendance it has fine of 400 per % and teacher in our college always threat student that they will cut their attention

Course Curriculum Overview:

Their is 9-5 college the course curriculum is good but it's not good for me I like to do self study and the things that college teacher are outdated but some things are good .the curriculum somewhat prepared us for real world applications like English curriculum , aptitude and some coding training class. I think college should force student to take 9-5 classes who are weak and the student that do not want to study . The frequency of the exam are quite often

My life in ITS

Likes

Fully Air conditioned classes with projectors
Library is quite big and also air conditioned
Personality development and computer programming classes start from first year only

Dislikes

Ground is very small and thier is only one ground now
Boys to girls ratio is 20 :80 alot of boys are there
Management is not good and supportive as it should be

Placement Experience:

There is some placement in clg most of the students get placed it is also low becouse of the current recession But there is scope in off. campus placements Average placement is 3 to 4 lakhs per annum.

Likes

coding culture and coding related workshops and opportunities in this college are very good
the overall environment is very good in this college lush green environment and very well connected network
this college provide a number of 25 (technical and non technical )societies that will help you for your over all development

Dislikes

this college has very less fest and enjoyable stuff(only a single annual fest)
very less intractive campus and very strict regime and caricullam
the campus itself is very small like 28 acres of land only but very beautifull one

Placement Experience:

form 6 to 7sem students are elligable for in camous placemant and if they got enough skill they can always try for off-campus placement. they best part of this college is that its campus is situated form various MNCs so the number of companies that visit us but the offers they provide are considerable highest placemnt is always off capmus one around 52lpa nad in campus was 33lpa most of the students from CSE and IT branch got placed

Likes

The campus environment is very beautiful, the greenery and the overall atmosphere are the points of attraction.
Professors are approachable, knowledgeable, wise and very helpful. Their teaching methods are impressive and easily understandable.
The college organises events, festivals on regular basis. All kind of event like Music , meetups, celebebrity visits.

Dislikes

There are some courses that can be challenging.
The everyday hectic life of college is very overwhelming
Some facilities that are provided by other colleges are not provided at my college.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 7th semester. Panasonic is one of the company that visited and a good no. of the offers made. The hightest company package can vary but average package is of 500000.

Likes

Strong coding club , and regular participation in hackathorns helps build practical skills
The cultural club is well - organized and provides great opportunities for creativity and talent showcasing.
Teachers are generally helpful and supportive in academic and project guidance .

There is nothing that i especially disliked

Placement Experience:

The placement session for this year was good , the average package was 4.5 lpa , with major companied including WIPRO , CISCO , HCL , TCS , etc for cse brach About 100% students were placed . Both domestic and internally.

The campus, building, the greenery and overall atmosphere is very good. There are many beautiful spots I love to spend time.
Many professors in the CSE and ECE departments had strong academic backgrounds—some with PhDs and research publications.
IIMT college is diverse, and meeting people from the different background and culture are very good experience.

Dislikes

Some courses are veru Challenging, but they develop me toh grow the problem solving skills.
The hustle and bustle of the campus can be overwhelming at times, but it's also a reminder of how active and dynamic the student body is
While it can feel stressful, the deadline teach valuable time.

Placement Experience:

The college placement is quite good, especially for CS, IT, and ECE. Around 70–80% of eligible students got placed in my year. Companies like SATCOM, AVITRON, PANASONIC, and some product-based firms visited. They arrange mock interviews, resume workshops, and aptitude training in the final year. However, electives and mini-projects allowed us to explore modern areas like IoT and VLSI. Final year projects were a great chance to showcase applied knowledge—our team built a low-power VLSI-based motion detector

The campus is good and the environment is nature friendly for the students. Student gona love the environment and it helps in focus on study and other activities
In college professors are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
Iimt college is diverse and meeting people from different cultures

In college campus some courses can be quite challenging for the students to survive but there environment is so relaxed that students focus in study

Placements are good in iimt college. It's about 90percent placement In every year. The placement department of iimt college is connected to tha biggest industry like google , microsoft, meta and it provides best placement for the students. Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University isn’t a good option for pursuing technical courses. The curriculum followed by the institute is outdated. You will only learn the theoretical aspects of engineering. It doesn’t offer the practical hands-on experience students require to excel in the technical field.

Most students usually get placed in the IT sector, irrespective of their branches. The highlights of recent AKTU placements show the average package offered by the institute to be around INR 2-3 LPA.
