VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Overall the college is very good. The environment is nice. Campus is green and clean. Students crowd is very good. The coding culture in the campus is excellent. Every other day there are various technical and cultural events organised by various clubs and chapters. But the college is very conservative and weird with many of its strict rules. The college should denounce its strict rules and come up with some better rules and regulations, which go smoothly with the students. The in-time concept should be removed and the students (who are adults and independent) must be given the freedom to come and go anytime they want. Also the huge gender differences exhibited by the college is very disappointing. There must be gender equality in the college. There must be student elected council which would represent the students and voice their needs and demands.

As per my knowledge, everything here is positive because the way they provide facilities and education is very good and also the internships provided by them are also very good coming to final year placements they are extraordinary.

If you really want to come to this college so the first thing I will suggest that don't make too many expectations of having a wonderful hostel ya college life. If you are joining this institute uh need to work hard and due to more restrictions, enjoyment is quite less as compare to other colleges. otherwise, in terms of academics, it's good.

I gave VITEEE and got 1750 rank. I chose this college because I had no better option other than VIT.

When you want to learn you can there are many opportunities

Nothing bad about our college everything is good. Our curriculum was so good and we gain a lot of knowledge and learn new things which we don't know and we will insist to write a research paper and by this process, we are gaining a lot of additional information which we don't know before and it is helpful to us.

College management is very rigid and doesn't listen much to students. There are very strict rules as far as hostel students are concerned. For girls, the hostel rules are even more stringent than boys. Apart from the rules and college life, this college is good if we take just academics and placements into consideration.

I heard that new rules are strict for hostellers and it can be frustrating at times. Otherwise hostel life is fun and enjoyable. Students play games or chit chat till late nights.

I opted this course because I was into networking and security and was huge fan of cloud security and networking since a long period of time and was enthusiastic in joining VIT as it is a really prestigious organization which provides enough resources to help students prosper and excel in their life.

You will have to write the VITEEE(Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam) to get admission into VIT after your 12th-grade board exams. Once the results are out, you will get your rank. Then there will be a counseling session conducted where VIT will call candidates rank by rank to admit them into college. You will have to be physically present in any one branch of VIT to get admitted to the college during the counseling process. Live Seats available per course will be displayed in the counseling hall. There is no interview as such. But you will be divided into two phases of counseling depending on your rank.
