VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I choose this college because I couldn't find a place in other low cost colleges. This university is one of the best and best universities in India. So I think it's a good choice for me in general than many other private institutions.

Placements start in 4th-year starts. Almost all the companies you can think of visit the campus and it is improving every year. Packages range from 3L to 40L depending on your cgpa. Placement is 100%.

The college conducts the best Techno-fest where multiple workshops and seminar will be conducted. Fun filled cultural fests and sports activities are also organized Events and sports are regularly conducted throughout the year. The college campus is pretty much crowded, and you can see people from different ethnicity, diversity and different culture.

Campus placement is excellent. I preferred this college for placement. most of the students are placed in cse. About 95% of students of cse got placed with good as salary. Many companies visit here for offering the internship.

Has a good CSE degree. For addmission we have to give VITEEE exam and is not on the basis of JEE marks. After giving the exam we receive ranks. After that for councelling we have to go to any one of the four campuses for addmission. We can visit any of the campuses for admissions to any of the locations which is good. But the admission process is very cumbersome and not fluid. We have to wait for a long time.

I chose VIT vellore because of it's great placement record, amazing campus and college life, and great faculty. I opted this particular course because I like to study science subjects but at the same time I wanted to do something in the job related sector. Thus, I didn't choose to do BSc.

the college has spacious campus good infrastructure the faculties are kind helpful caring hardworking and highly qualified the environment is clean and green there is Wi-Fi availability level is also a huge all the facilities are available the canteen food is also good everyone is friend t social and helpful

VIT is a deemed university under section 3 of the UGC Act. VIT is a reputed institution. I appeared in JEE Main and VITEE emam. In jossa counselling i was not alloted any NIT. I was alloted computer science and engineering in VITEE exam. so i choose this institution.

Placements, Reputation among recruiters and foreign universities, facilities, exposure were important factors I took into consideration VIT has a project based learning method for most courses and a no attendance policy for 9 pointers. These were two important factors that distinguished it from colleges like SSN and SRM in Chennai. And these are two things I like the most. I chose Computer science with cyber physical systems(CPS) as I'm interested in programming and Iot( a subdomain of CPS) is a very important emerging technology and which soon become a must have skill.

VIT is well known for it's exposure to the work environment and opportunities in all fields for all students and this interested me very much, i opted for B.Tech CSE as I've always loved computers and VIT Chennai has a wonderful lab and faculty set up to best learn this subject.
