Likes
- The quality of the education provided by the professors were really good. They use smart boards for theory classes which helps us understand the concepts well.
- The infrastructure and campus amenities are awesome
- The canteen and cafe inside the college works as refreshing place for students. The pond inside the college makes us feel peace.
Dislikes
- Students are not allowed to sit near garden. The chairs in the garden are kept as show but not allowed to sit unless we wait for some staff or principal
- The attendance can be made biometric to avoid proxies
- Students can come inside the college and go outside the college whenever they want to
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible to attend placements from the final year. Bcom students are eligible from there 5th semester (that is final year 1st semester). Mcom students are eligible from there 3rd semester (that is final year 1st semester). There were plenty of companies that comes for placement. I'll share few of them that I got during my Mcom.
1. Deloitte. This is one of the Big 4 company. They offered 6lpa along with 1 lakh as joining bonus.
2. Ernst & young. They offered 4.4lpa.
3. Survey Sparrow. They offered 8 Lpa which is 80% fixed and 20% variable.
There were also companies like Small finance Bank, Cognizant, Congruent Solutions, RR Donnelley, Sanmar, Mr. Cooper, etc
Out of 46 almost 20 of my classmates got placed.
I attended placement and got offer from Survey Sparrow but my goal is to start my career in banking, so I didn't accept the offer.
The maximum package is 8 Lpa and the average is 3.5 lpa or 4lpa.

- They constructed library in our college , that is awesome
- Infrastructure is good as we expected , they build it
- My college life is good , and staffs are friendly type

- Some staffs are irritating and rude behaviour
- Blackmailed by our attendance percentage
- Redu and dismiss for eating non veg in the campus

- Water facilities should be improved cor the college
- Canteen facilities not likely improved the management

- Good teaching staffs, they are good in teachings and other extra caricullum activities
- Sports place at all neat and clean to play well
Dislikes
- Their is no many variety of foods daily the same food is issued
- I am not comfortable with the fees paying sysytem
Placement Experience:
The placement are good but they offer only small companies at a offerable salary,companies like HDFC,Muthooth finance,and etc., after getting a degree my plan is to join in remote jobs. and learn something new in my career.

- But though examination are done on time without delay
- They were so responsible even during the corona time

- Still I'm not able to get certificate of my course completion

My college was so kind and gentle also I had good faculties to handle our tough and smoothe and they are the reason for me to get passed in all subjects without any arrears and the above text is all false and please ignore as I've studied everything on my own and cleared my exams

- Faculties are very good, knowledgeable and very supportive and doubt solving.
- Surrounded by good and talented students who very very supportive

- Classrooms and amenities are not at it best
- Bathrooms and washroom could be maintained better.
- Less celebration and festival events, very few practice period
Course Curriculum Overview:
I would like to be a commerce graduate hence chosen this Course. Faculty to student ratio is 1:70. Most of the faculties have done PhD and experienced one. Term exams were twice in a calendar year and it was easy to crack.

The University of Madras is doing a great job as it is providing a distance degree with an affordable fee structure. If you are a working individual and do not wish to quit your job, then joining distance MBA here will be the best option.
The courses and the study materials provided are good. You need to put effort in your studies to succeed. Self study is necessary. If you desire to learn more, you could attend the classes.
After completing the exams you will receive your Provisional certificate, within 4 months you will receive the completion certificate.

The M.Sc entrance test conducted by Madras University is not very difficult and it is based on the syllabus of the qualifyng degree. The entrance test will be conducted for 100 questions (MCQs) for 2 hours. There is no negative markin system.
